TUI BLUE Palm Beach Club Hammamet

This review relates entirely to the Blue Spa, there is sadly, apparently, no option to review it separately of the hotel. The spa prices are massively over priced, you will be amazed. They offer a Hamman, seaweed wax and a "deep massage " for 25 mins for 320TDR ( £80), I managed to avoid the seaweed, but it was average, but nice surroundings, if that is whst you want.. However, you can get a basic hammam , scrub and massage, for 20TDR in Hammamet at many of the local Hamman's . The taxi will cost you a maximum of 20TDR both ways. Just so you know.

Overall had a wonderful relaxing holiday, room was lovely but the shower area is open plan , could be more private ( friends holiday) , we had a garden view , lovely and quiet, food was nice , there is always something to eat, restaurant floor was very slippy at times, and also around the pool area, only one serving at the main bar some nights , always a queue, spirits could be better, pool bar drinks had a after taste so tried to stick with snack bar, the waiter who went around the pool worked very hard in the scorching heat, entertainment was funny , night time waiters always knew where you sat at night and alway knew your drink, tips helped with service , but the guys work very hard !, beach was nice Can definitely do with getting cleaned each day ! , oh and be aware the fish nibble at your feet when in the sea ,, gives you a fright,, Santos at the entertainment at night was a asset, and Olfa housekeeping room (209) and all cleaning staff (restaurant and public areas ) work very hard and always smiling, The tui rep Adrian alway spoke to everyone and was very helpful, Tui trip was great , all in all had a great holiday , would visit again , check out Palm Beach on You Tube , only bad point was the mud puddles that appeared all around the sunbed during the day as they are on the grass and got watered during the day , could get muddy

Arrived at 11am and couldn’t access room till 3pm. We were welcomed with drinks from the coffee shop as we filled in the forms , passport info and paid room tax. Hotel was lovely and clean, rooms are spacious and housemaids are thorough. Restaurant has lots of choice , fresh, hot and all labelled. We visited the a’la carte restaurant which was delicious but a little dark. Ahmed was our server throughout our stay and couldn’t do enough for us. He worked very hard! Plenty of sunbeds and no rush to get one in the mornings. Dudu and Mido were a great asset to the entertainment team and worked very hard at their job! Lovely spa, indoor pool and gym. A few little niggles… The bar on a night time only had 1 server behind the bar , so queues were long and missed half the shows ect. Snack bar is open 12-3 and is menu based. Ice creams only available in the main restaurant unless you pay. I chose this hotel after seeing lots of social media posts about daily/weekly events around the hotel, which didn’t happen whilst we visited. So was very annoying as we thought this was the TUI blu experience and upgrade we didn’t receive. Also the beach wasn’t the tidiest. I know we had wind a few days but never saw anyone cleaning or raking the sand which we’ve had previously at other hotels We booked the quads through the hotel excursions which was a great experience but we did feel pressured as he wouldn’t leave us alone. Overall we had a great holiday and would recommend this hotel.

Just returned home from our second trip to this hotel this year. Another fabulous holiday. All the staff were fantastic. Many even remembered us from last time which was so lovely and welcoming considering how many people that must come to the hotel. Again the entertainment staff - Goffy, Nino, Zamba and Issam were fantastic and absolutely made our trip. Restaurant and bar staff are so friendly. Food selection was delicious. Hotel is always spotless. Cannot fault a single thing about this hotel. We already can’t wait to come back In May

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location only 3km to central town medina perfect weather in september in the 30s very hot the staff at palm beach are wonderful nothing is too much to ask so kind , friendly and very proffessional swim up room is perfect 10/10 so beautiful modern style not noisey at all lots of entertainment things to do lovely gym and spa had a beautiful massage so cheap the choice of food througout the day is amazing so fresh you will not be disapointed and the beer is quality spoke to others who were staying at palm beach most come back every year like its their second home not a bad word to say the staff are amazing work very hard to keep us happy had a white party event outside to celebrate 10 year of palm beach it was beautiful excellent d.j eveyone was having so much fun the staff went above and beyond thank you so much palm beach for an outstanding experience shall return again and again totally reccomend palm beach .
