TUI BLUE Palm Beach Club Hammamet

4th visit to this wonderful hotel and still cannot find any fault with anything. From the minute we arrived which was late evening we were immediately taken down to the restaurant 10 mins before it shut so we could have some hot food after our travels which was really thoughtful and whilst we ate our bags were taken to our rooms and we were checked in. This hotel has the most amazing staffing team and this does stem from the manager who is an inspirational leader, you can just tell that they work so hard because they enjoy what they do and despite some people who think it is ok to be rude they never rise to it and it is always service with a smile. The whole hotel is spotless from the rooms to the communal areas and the grounds are beautiful. They offer so much in the way of entertainment including cultural activities such as cookery but they also just leave you alone to relax. The spa on site is fantastic and offers a diverse range, the manager will also let you build a package that suits you which is good for those of us less mobile. The food is the best I have ever tasted in an all inclusive and so much on offer, the a la carte is another level as are the swim up breakfast and special romantic meals. Finally what I love most is the resort is small enough to make friends, we have friends which we now meet up with here and that is why I call the Palm Beach my happy place and think of Sonia and her teams as friends. Can't wait to come back again

This is a lovely hotel, very friendly, hard working staff. Great variety of food and one wonderful restaurant… the Culinarium. Hakim, a waiter, was the absolutely amazing, friendly, funny, well organised and the perfect person to deal with holiday makers! Thank you Hakim!

Well here we are sat with the most stunning ocean view reliving how amazing this trip has been so here is a super long review but worth reading if you’re coming soon! I want to apologise in advance for any names I have miss spelt or anyone I haven’t forgotten to mention honestly the service here for everyone is amazing! So check in was slightly different as you are put in a lounge area to fill out paperwork - with a drink and a sandwich (11pm so very welcome). You then are invited up each family at a time to actually official check in. A massive thanks to Zubair as provided us with such lovely service while we waited to check in after arriving and being seated in the lounge (about 30mins). We stayed in a double room garden view was extremely Close to reception room 244 and had a lovely private balcony looking out onto the stunning greenery. 2 singles bed pushed together and made up as singles (not a double) a large sofa in the corner and sink and shower all in one main area then a separate toilet. 2 wardrobes for storage and a little shelf on each bedside table. All in all small but accommodated everything for a 7 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities and just ask for milk for the room at Thea’s coffee and they provide it for you. The rooms are cleaned daily and you can request additional items if needed on the blue app. The mini bar will not be restocked unless you request and pay for it. Food is incredible and all the chefs working on the stations and behind the scenes deserve so much credit as probably the best selection of food in the main buffet area I’ve ever seen at any TUI Blue. A big thankyou to Aran and Hakim who were truly both lovely jubbly and looked after us impeccably - put into Rose Wine comas every night! The Culnarium is well worth a visit - I’ll upload some photos of the food and I advise to buy a Tunisian wine as the one we had was unreal! The Spa is also worth a visit it’s so well priced and the 50min back massage I had sorted me right out! Thanks ladies! There are plenty of sunbeds and so many different areas to sunbathe so you will never struggle to find a bed. A snack bar by the pool which opens for lunch and a beach bar which will accommodate drinks through the day - A special mention to Kais who kept me hydrated throughout the day with bottle after bottle of water and ice (for my whisky haahaa) - Thanks for the laughter! Entertainment Team are phenomenal this is the highest level of daily activity and nightly entertainment I’ve ever seen at a TUI Blue and was so lovely to speak to Nino and dance with him! Aladdin was so friendly and met him on his first day and so chatty bringing the energy! Can’t forget about Goffi, we enjoyed so much playing Sjoelbak, thank your for getting us to play! Evening bars you have the main bar area where the entertainment is on - you will be Looked after by Adnen and Mohammed and in Thea’s or the Bar you’ll have Zubair so you’ll absolutely want for nothing! There is an on site nurse who helped and provided an allergy tablet when needed and there is an on site shop if you need anything. Finally Reception was always keen to lend a hand on money exchange and helping get the safe unlocked which seemed to time out after so many days. The only let down to this holiday literally was the ‘Late Check Out’ so we booked and paid for this at the time of the booking back in March - mentioned it at check in but was understandably very late so we’re told to come back - We then went back a couple of days before we would be checking out to be told likely won’t be in same room and have to pack and move anyways. (Yes they make you do this CRAZY I know!) we then finally today go back to arrange staying in our to till 5pm - After back and forth we are staying in our room till 5pm as originally paid for which I am happy about. All I can advise on this is don’t book it, it’s 100% not going to be guaranteed. If you have a late flight and want to enjoy your final moments of this amazing hotel it will just end up ruining your last day of it! Aside from the above I would absolutely recommend to anyone and if ever back I this part of the country I will be coming back myself! Fabulous hotel, the staff are all attentive and the food choice is really good. The hotel is very clean with 2 lovely indoor bars which are open all day. The rooms were large and the garden view was very quiet. Beds are very comfortable and the room cleaned every day. You have to collect your water each day from the bar and also milk if you want a coffee or tea in the room. There is a free safe to use and plenty of plugs and usb ports. The things we missed were hooks to hangs towels and robes, as there was nowhere to put these, also there was not the usual Tui Blue items provided like, body lotions, shampoo, conditioner etc. If you wanted slippers you had to ask for them. The TV was great as had many channels including prime and Netflix with your passwords. WiFi was excellent all around the hotel We had trouble locking our door and after 3 visits to reception who had no interest in this, nothing was done, until the day the door would not shut at all and the maid called maintenance who came to fix it.
