TUI BLUE Palm Beach Club Hammamet

This was our 3rd visit to this wonderful hotel and it was just perfect.The hotel is clean,welcoming,such a lovely view from our room,food absolutely gorgeous,never had a problem getting a sunbed,but the best thing are the staff,each and everyone of them.Thank you Palm Beach.See you next year .

This is a very nice Tui Blue Hotel. I had a swim up room, with a very pretty view of the sea. Housekeeping was efficient and there was a super main restaurant, with plenty of seating outside. As a solo lady traveller I did have some unwelcome attention from waiting staff, but this was swiftly and professionally dealt with by hotel management. In fact it was nice to see a number of female staff occupying senior roles. I was politely served at the bar/cafe, encouraged by staff to join in the evening entertainment and made welcome in the fitness classes. I enjoyed engaging with fellow guests in yoga, LBT etc. I did try aqua fit but unfortunately slipped on the poolside on my last full day. I found out, once home, that I had actually fractured my knee. Please do therefore be very careful exiting the pool with wet feet!! The private beach is a real asset and I was reassured to see security at the beach and hotel entrance. I personally prefer Adult Only hotels but there wasn’t a Kids Club. So perhaps for this reason there were just a few children staying in early July and they were well behaved. I booked my own Catamaran and Carthage trips. Both included hotel pick up and were enjoyable. I didn’t walk in the immediate locale but will visit Old Hammamet when I return next year. So a couple of negatives for me but very many positives.

We have just returned from a very relaxing, chilled, all-inclusive holiday to TUI BLUE Palm Beach Hammamet. Being our first visit to Tunisia, we were initially a bit apprehensive. However, any worries completely disappeared the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, modern, newly refurbished hotel located right on the beach. The staff truly made our holiday. We received fantastic service always delivered with a warm smile. We want to give a special mention to Mr Hssine, Fradj, Yessine, and Arne, who looked after us exceptionally well every single day. The General Manager, Sonia, was also constantly visible around the resort, ensuring that very high standards were consistently maintained throughout her hotel. The food was excellent, with a great variety of choices available every day. We also enjoyed a good availability of quality drinks and cocktails throughout our stay. The evening entertainment was very fun, and the excellent animation team brought fantastic energy. A special shout-out must also go to the gentleman who ran the fitness and yoga classes on most days—he absolutely knows his stuff! We left feeling completely refreshed and would highly recommend this resort. You will not be disappointed ! This is very much a hotel based holiday and you will not need a lot of spending money. Tip the staff well and they will look after you well!

Having now returned home from our second visit to TUI Blue Palm Beach, I can honestly say it was every bit as wonderful as we remembered – perhaps even better. There’s always a slight worry when returning somewhere you absolutely loved the first time. Will it live up to the memories? Will the standards still be as high? TUI Blue Palm Beach certainly did, and once again we came home feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. From the moment we arrived, that wonderful feeling of calm returned. No crowds, no rushing and no chaos – just beautiful surroundings, a peaceful atmosphere and the chance to properly switch off. The staff were once again exceptional. Warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive, they are a huge part of what makes this hotel so special. Nothing feels forced; you simply get the impression that they genuinely want you to have a fantastic holiday. A very special mention has to go to Hasine at the snack bar. We ate there every lunchtime during our stay, and he looked after us superbly. What an absolute gentleman! Always smiling, welcoming and attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He took the time to speak to us every day and made our lunchtimes that little bit more special. Hasine is a genuine credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for the fantastic service he provides. Thank you, Hasine, for looking after us so well throughout our holiday. The hotel and grounds were once again immaculate. The gardens overlooking the sea are absolutely beautiful, and there is something incredibly relaxing about spending the day on the grass surrounded by greenery and palm trees. And thankfully, one of the things we loved most about our first visit hadn’t changed – no ridiculous early-morning sunbed Olympics! We never felt the need to rush or compete for somewhere to relax. There was always a lovely spot available, whether around the pool or in the gardens. It makes such a difference and is exactly how a relaxing holiday should be. The animation team were excellent again. Friendly and enthusiastic without ever being pushy, they struck the perfect balance. You could join in with activities if you wanted to, or simply relax and do absolutely nothing – either choice was respected. Food was another highlight of our stay. There was always plenty of choice, with fresh dishes cooked in front of you, and mealtimes never felt like the chaotic experience you sometimes get in larger hotels. I’ve read a few reviews from people complaining that there aren’t snacks available throughout the day outside the scheduled meal times. I have to say, if you can’t get your fill during the meal times here, you’re simply not trying hard enough! There is so much choice and plenty of food available that we certainly never went hungry. Personally, I’d much rather have excellent food served at proper meal times than food sitting around all day just for the sake of saying snacks are available 24/7. Evenings were equally relaxed and enjoyable. Entertainment finished around 11pm, after which the hotel became wonderfully peaceful, allowing for a proper night’s sleep before another day of doing very little – exactly what we came for! What impressed us most on this second visit was the consistency. Sometimes you return somewhere you loved and discover that it isn’t quite as good as you remembered. That simply wasn’t the case here. The standards were still excellent, the hotel was beautifully maintained, the staff were fantastic and, most importantly, that wonderful peaceful atmosphere remained. Last year I wrote that despite officially being a 4-star hotel, TUI Blue Palm Beach outperformed many of the TUI 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. After our second visit, I stand by every word. If you’re looking for a loud, hectic party hotel, this probably isn’t for you. But if you want peace, tranquillity, beautiful surroundings, lovely food, exceptional staff and a holiday where you can genuinely switch off, TUI Blue Palm Beach is very difficult to beat. Last year I finished my review by saying, “Please never change.” After our second visit, I’m delighted to say you haven’t. We arrived hoping it would be as good as we remembered. We left knowing we’d made the right decision to return. Second visit, same wonderful feeling – and hopefully it won’t be our last. TUI Blue Palm Beach, you’ve done it again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I don't often write reviews but I have to say this hotel was amazing. The hotel was very clean, the staff where friendly and any problems I had were fixed very quickly. The beach was beautiful and the sea was lovely and warm for a swim. I would totally recommend this hotel. Also I must thank the TUI Staff for helping me retrieve my phone I left on the transfer coach.
