TUI BLUE Palm Beach Club Hammamet

Stay here last year November with my sister. Really lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful views. And wonderful beach. Food wasn't great in the buffet. But the food in the pool restaurant was alot better. The alcohol was terrible. Pools were freezing the indoor pool was heated but still abit cold. The spa was exceptional. Would recommend the hotel for couples not family. Very relaxed and chilled hotel

What can I say, this hotel is just AMAZING! First of all the location is great in Hammamet as well as a 50 min drive from Tunis the capital making this a whole separate day trip. The atmosphere is very welcoming from when you first enter the hotel to the point of leaving. The rooms were insanely clean and spacious. they had all the amenities that we wanted and were cleaned daily by really nice and welcoming cleaners. The noise level was great from morning to night time. the shows would finish at around 1100 pm each day was was not too late, allowing for plenty of sleep. Overall the value of this hotel is beyond amazing for how much service and entertainment you receive throughout your stay :)

The hotel visually is really nice, and from our experience always very clean. Drinks were lovely, although a cocktail in a paper cup is not a nice experience and ends up very soggy - not sure how this is supporting their sustainability campaign either as they are single use. Hard plastic, which is what they use for beer, would be much better. Food was fantastic, always really tasty and lots of options. There’s only one main pool and there were multiple times a day you couldn’t really use it due to different games being played in the centre. There were also teenagers playing their own music on speakers around the pool which I found incredibly annoying but was never addressed by staff. Staff were friendly, but only provided the best service to those who tipped. We are usually big tippers but the local cash point was broken the whole time we were there, and it was certainly interesting to see the difference that makes. On another note, on night one someone from the spa tried to sell me a pregnancy massage, assuming I was pregnant. I am not, but I have put on a lot of weight recently, so as you can imagine that made me feel absolutely horrific in my body the whole time I was there. “Pregnant, yes?” No. Why would you even ask?! All in all the holiday was fine, but I wouldn’t go back. It wasn’t what I expected from a TUI Blue, and was worlds away from the ones we’ve stayed in previously.

Terrible they put a pool in front of the kids just for them not to be allowed to go the beach is dirty they forgot my order and the people there were really rude to me

3rd time at this hotel , absolutely amazing, nothing too much trouble the team are so welcoming, great food drinks are of good quality. Something for everyone. If i really had to say anything negative its that there is only a couple of small shops whithin walking distance, however taxis are very cheap and are right outside the entrance .
