TUI BLUE Palm Beach Club Hammamet

A fantastic hotel loved so much many go back again and again. It’s not geared up for children although those that just like a swim enjoy it. The staff right from the team that great you , staff and management are so helpful and friendly they act like friends . A special mention to Wael the fitness coach , I call him aqua man as he also does a great pool exercise class, after we’re all exhausted in a good way. My last day I had a fall and luckily he grabbed be and broke the fall, and then helped me up being disabled I was truly grateful . The other staff are also great, remembering your drink you prefers and even where you like to sit for meals. The cleaners are also great, my room was done everyday, I have now even change where I was going next may to this lovely hotel.

I will start with the negatives,as the positives far more outweigh them. Hotel shop - at welcome meeting the rep spoke about cost of fake goods stating we shouldn’t be spending any more than £35 for bags etc, shop keepers were could be very pushy but did like to barter. To my surprise the hotel shop were charging 200 dnr for a bag with very little room for bartering and he was very rude. Another negative was booking the ‘al a carte’ you have to book between 3 days and 24 hours prior to eating via a the TUI Blu App, which I found difficult due to not being very tech savvy and needing to book for 5 of us across 2 rooms. I preserved and read everything back to our party so we all knew what we were doing and even put an extra note on to say about the 5 guests, we had booked for 21st May as we were leaving the next day and we received a couple text to say it was booked. On arrival we were told that nothing was booked, when we politely said we had a text, and the waiter became very rude and practically pushed us out, telling us to go to reception, at this point I brought up the text where it said we were booked in for 23rd May, my fault for not double checking before we went out but also why would we book for 23rd when we wouldn’t have been there and more importantly why wasn’t this picked up by the app or hotel. Another point but not a problem was drinks, the beach bar only done selected cocktails, beer and wine and the main bar doesn’t have a big selection of AI spirits wasn’t a problem for us but I did hear people complaining no pink gin. Positives Bar staff Aden, Ayoub and Fredg couldn’t do enough for us, even bringing tables in from outside for us when there was nowhere to stay to sit. Entertainment team worked tirelessly getting everyone involved , some really good evening shows,special shout out to Reheem, Coffey and Neon for a great time especially the hilarious darts. Restaurant- food was okay plenty of choice and the strawberries were to die for, again I didn’t get any names but staff were amazing Housekeeping- hotel immaculate and very well kept,clean inside and out, rooms cleaned even leaving us flower, petals and swans. Apart from the few negatives we had the most amazing holiday.

Just back from this amazing hotel after 4th visit booked again for September.Thanks to all staff for a brilliant holiday at my second home . We stayed here 26/5 /26 - 2/6/26 and had the most amazing holiday. The whole hotel and outside areas were spotless. The food was incredible. Plenty to do during the day with things like water polo, darts, cornhole toss and aquagym. The evening entertainment was also fantastic. The entertainment team however made our holiday especially Nino and Gophy ( sorry if I spelt your name wrong!). They were absolute gems and got us involved and made us feel at home and like friends. We have just come home and miss them already. We cannot wait to come back soon!

Had a great stay at the Tui Blue Palm Beach yet again between the 15/05/2026 - 25/05/2026. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, from the moment that we arrived, with nothing being too much trouble for them. The Entertainment Team were really good this year, getting everyone involved, with everything from Big Jenga or Arcery, to Water Polo and a Volleyball, they kept us both entertained, and laughing all of the time, whilst maintaining a friendly and professional manor, whilst maintaining high standards throughout. The hotel was kept very clean by an amazing team, who the same as the rest of the staff, were always happy to help. The Tui Rep Aladin was always approachable, and went above and beyond to help, very funny, but professional at the same time. The food was really good, with a wide selection and a plentiful supply for everyone's taste and pallet. We will definitely be returning in the future. P.C and C.L South Wales
