TUI BLUE Scheherazade

Fabulous hotel & staff exceptional especially Luca & Bilel & Lotfi .. Atmosphere varies but silent disco so much fun &:rooms are stunning & food is out of this world

Hubby and I were this time joined by sister and brother-in-law, both enjoyed as much as us. We are all booked to return (Twice more!) It was another fabulous holiday, from arrival to departure, everything was excellent. Every member of staff is happy, smiling and helpful, if you need something, just ask. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas and the staff work hard to keep it that way. For me food is important as I have multiple food allergies and intolerances, not just gluten and dairy. The chefs ( 2 called Amine in particular) will look after you every step of the way. I do contact the hotel in advance on the TUI BLUE app. There is gluten free bread and a separate dessert fridge for gluten/dairy free as well. Soya and almond are just two of the available alternative milks. Hubby eats from the buffet and everything is beautiful there too. Hot food is hot and cold is cold. We also had a fabulous visit to the culinarium, one free visit per stay. The waiters keep you topped up with drinks throughout too, special thanks too Lotfi, Saied and Abedhak. The rooms are cleaned every day ( thank you Rim) and although not huge have everything you need, tea/coffee/kettle (go to the bar to get a carton of milk) and a safe. We find the bed super comfy too. Plenty of sunbeds every where, the pool guys will always get more or move them to a place to suit, we like the quiet garden, but the pool areas and beach are wonderful too. Again, we were kept well hydrated by the waiters. The evening entertainment is varied, singers, shows, games etc. You will always find something you enjoy. There is usually football showing on the TV in the bar, with the sound off for those who aren't watching but chatting or playing games, win win. If you have any questions, queries or requests just go and see the girls and boys in guest relations (office by the restaurant), or Mohamed at reception, and they will do their utmost to help

Everything about the Scheherazade hotel was fantastic our 6th time in 3 years says it all. The staff are wonderful nothing is to much trouble. Shayma Bouraqui is a fantastic Experience Manager A big thank you to all involved with my husband's 79 birthday 🎂 it was brilliant day and evening. We had so much fun and laughter. Samia our maid for the fortnight Lofti waiter Anis top bar Baha life guard Razzi waiter in Theos bar and also Motez in the shop along with so many others to many to mention Are wonderful and a credit to Tui Blu. This was our first time at this lovely hotel,and I can see why there are so many returning guests. We have been to Tunisia many times in the past but this is the best hotel. It's spotlessly clean and the food is great. Such a good choice. We particularly enjoyed lunch at the snack restaurant by the beach. Thanks to Darli,Muhammad Amine, and Golli, excellent staff, always looked after us well. Yazid our waiter on the beach,keeping us hydrated with drinks, and Bilel who is on the beach from about 5am raking the beach and making sure its always clean. They all work hard . Our waiter in the main restaurant Mehdi, after our first morning always knew what we liked and we didn't have to ask for coffee or water. Also Mustafa our waiter in the evening. Our cleaner Nawel was excellent, leaving our room looking lovely every day. Thank you to all the staff at this beautiful hotel for making our holiday special. We have already booked to return next year.

This hotel and their staff are a dream ❤️ The hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing. This includes the room attendants, ours was Sonia and she is a treasure. It's like having your mum look after you. The waiters in the restaurant are just brilliant. They are professional and attentive and so much fun. They are great guys. The chefs prepare the most amazing food. The best ever!!! The bar staff, including the fantastic pool server is just such a lovely guy. We miss him. As is the guy in the excellent coffee lounge. They honestly can't do enough for you. The entertainment team are all lovely. As is Aladdin, the TUI rep and in all of the hotels we have been too, we have not had a rep like him. A Tunisian guy who is a wealth of knowledge and so caring. The fantastic hotel manager Sonia, is a true professional and runs a happy establishment. Thank you all so much 🤗
