I really enjoyed my at this hotel. The atmosphere was great, the staff friendly and everything was well organized . The animation team did a very good job there was always fun activities during the day and nice shows in the evening. Overall a very nice experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Had a really great stay – honestly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, modern, and had that instant “feel good” vibe as soon as you walk in. Everything felt well organized and high quality without being too formal. Breakfast was also solid with a good variety and a relaxed atmosphere. A special highlight was definitely Saif from the animation team – super friendly, always in a great mood, and made everyone feel welcome right away. Whether it was activities or just a quick chat, he brought amazing energy and really elevated the whole experience.

This is a beautiful hotel and our holiday was made perfect by every staff member we interacted with. The food is the best I’ve had at any all inclusive resort, there was always plenty of choice and all of it looked fresh and was well presented. Staff in the dining room were excellent at remembering your favourite table and drinks, especially Chafik who went above and beyond for us. The animation team worked really hard to keep us entertained and involved, and found the perfect line between encouraging without being pushy. The pool and beach area were well kept, with plenty of loungers and space. The room was lovely, had everything you might need and was cleaned very thoroughly. There’s a shop on site but just outside the hotel gates to the right there are a few shops that are worth visiting if you can drag yourself off the lounger for 10 minutes. Also recommend trying out the shisha and taking a walk to see the beautiful gardens that are so well taken care of. Can’t recommend them enough, we will be back for sure!

We booked a short 5 night break here in May '25. The hotel is modern and decorated well with well looked after garden and outside spaces. The pools are clean and the staff all work really hard to please. The variety of food was fab and we couldn't fault it. Our only negative experience was the taxi into the town as they have a scam going with the local shop keepers (pretend they work at the hotel and will take you to shops that will do the 'best price'- its a scam - they don't work at the hotel!) but this has nothing to do with the hotel. A great hotel and would return.

Fourth time visiting this hotel and we were welcomed back like family. The man in charge of receiving us off the transfer coach even said "welcome home". The food as good as we remembered, staff very friendly and remember our names despite the thousands that must pass through in a year. Cannot fault this place at all and have booked to return in April 2026
