TUI BLUE Scheherazade

We have just returned from an incredible stay at the TUI BLUE Scheherazade in Sousse, and I honestly can't recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth, kindness and professionalism created such a relaxed atmosphere and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. The hotel itself is fantastic. The facilities are excellent, everything is immaculately maintained, and the views across the Mediterranean are simply breathtaking. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, or watching the sunset with a drink in hand, every day felt special. We leave with some truly unforgettable memories that we'll cherish for years to come. A special mention has to go to Aziz from the entertainment team. He was a constant source of positivity and energy throughout our stay, always making people smile and bringing everyone together. Before long, we'd all be laughing whenever we heard his famous catchphrase, "Stop reading, stop sleeping!" He really is one of those people who brightens everyone's day. We also have to thank Aladin, our evening waiter, who was simply outstanding. He was kind, courteous and attentive every single evening, and nothing was ever too much trouble. His genuine care and friendly personality made every evening a pleasure. We certainly noticed when he had his day off—he was genuinely missed! Aladin is an absolute star and a real credit to the hotel. Thank you to everyone at TUI BLUE Scheherazade for giving us such an amazing holiday. It exceeded all of our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with exceptional service. We can't wait to come back!

Just returned from a brilliant 10 night stay at this amazing hotel. Entertainment was great, pools and beach were relaxing and food was AMAZING. The beach snack bar and main restaurant has lots of choice and every meal was lovely. All the entertainment staff were super friendly, will forever hear Aziz shouting “wake up wake up”. Loved their chats with us during the day and on the evening. Learnt lots about them and they’re a great bunch of people. The staff at the snack bar and serving the beach were friendly and constant.. how do they remember everyone’s drink? Cleaning staff were also all amazing. Special shout out to Aladin who served us drinks most evenings.. so friendly and always had a big smile. He is an asset to your team. Can’t not mention Maha.. she is the experience manager and such a lovely person. She really helped me with arrangements for my partners birthday to make it a special day. Breakfast at the beach was something we will remember. Rooms are lovely and the views are one of the best I’ve had. Met some lovely people and can’t wait to come back. Thanks everyone ❤️

We arrived back from this hotel on Friday. It is such a friendly hotel. All the staff are amazing. I would like to thank Maha and Shamya for their welcome chats ,Achmed the waiter around the main pool he never stopped the whole day delivering drinks. Also Rim for keeping our room so clean, the Thea’s waiters for my decaf coffee every evening. Not forgetting the lady who kept the pool toilets so clean. I wish I could mention every team member but list is too long . The cleaners kept the place spotless, the lifeguards who put out the mat for the sunbed. The pool was a welcome break from the heat and I enjoyed the aqua aerobics. All the guests were friendly and the England games were well supported. There were plenty of choices for all meals, we loved the snack bar for lunch. I have to lose the extra pounds I have gained. I would recommend this hotel. It has many returning guests.

Well where do I begin. 2nd time here and it's absolutely fantastic. From the moment you are welcomed at check-in you are totally spoilt. Every member of staff has a beaming smile from morning till night and are all on hand to make sure your stay is what you would expect. Spotlessly clean through out the whole hotel. The food is amazing. Plenty of choice and also cater for all dietary needs. Great to meet up again with our restaurant waiter Said again. Keeps your wine glasses full. Lovely Shayma is absolutely charming. Privalidge to call her a friend. The reception staff are great. Taught them a few old cockney sayings which they loved. We've been to Tunisia 21 times over the years and this is by far the best you could wish for. If you want relaxation great food and some wonderful memories don't hesitate to book. Stayed here 15th -22nd June our third time. We arrived very late due to the flight being delayed. Check in was smooth however and we were allocated rooms 820 & 822 on the third floor. These rooms whilst identical to previous rooms overlook the gardens and the sea but not the pool. Food is as ever fantastic with plenty of choice. All the staff are friendly and polite and we were welcomed back by our old friends Latfi who looked after us at breakfast and Saieed who made sure our lunch and evening meals were special. Our evening drinks brought to us by the jovial Aladdin. Also to Hamza who has replaced Mohamed on the beach and has taken up the mantle of hardest working waiter in Tunisia. The evening entertainment has changed quite considerably since our last visit and every show was very well performed. All in all another fantastic week at the Scheherazade.
