TUI BLUE Scheherazade

Me and my partner (26,27 - UK) decided to tri a TUI Blue hotel this year. This hotel was the most incredible place that me and my partner have visited. I have never known a hotel to be so friendly, kind and warm. The staff go above and beyond every single day for you and will do anything to ensure you are enjoying your stay! Me and my partner had such a good laugh with the entertainment team and we will actually miss them dearly. The hotel rooms are lovely and clean as well as all the other facilities in the hotel. As I am gluten free I always worry about never being able to eat much but the range of food I could eat was amazing (the bread they had was another level, probably the best gluten free bread I’ve tried). All the other food is delicious and constantly cooked fresh right in front of you. There is a perfect balance of relaxation and fun! If you want to go Tunisia I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We will 100% be visiting again. We usually like to explore new hotels but Scheharazade is by far the best! We will miss the guests and staff dearly! Hopefully be back soon! Book it!!!

The staff are wonderful and such an asset to this hotel! Every single one is super friendly, happy and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The lower pool staff and lifeguards are by far the hardest working people I’ve ever seen in a hotel! The only downsides are that the bar service of an evening downstairs is really slow - it takes an age for someone to even come and take your order and then just as long for it to arrive. The other is tipping. Yes it’s lovely to tip to show appreciation, especially as everyone works so hard, however it shouldn’t be how you guarantee service which is certainly how we found it at times. Smoking is a huge issue in this hotel. It happens everywhere. The only non smoking place seemed to be a small section on the beach. It happened in the restaurants, around the pool, in the bars. It’s just too much. There should be designated smoking areas and the rest should be smoke free. The evening entertainment was ok. It was great to see a hotel with entertainment, however it’s on a weekly repeat so if you stay longer expect to see the same acts. The only truly terrible act was Hiba. She could not sing, had no stage presence and made absolutely no effort. As for the daytime entertainment, they are non intrusive but they ensure they engage with all guests. The food was great. So many options, and lots cooked fresh on request. As a fussy eater there was always something to eat. By far one of the best all inclusives for food. The location is fantastic. There is an area cordoned off on the beach and sea specifically for guests. The rooms are on the small side and have far too much furniture in to navigate safely at night (rugs, armchair, table) Everywhere is clean and tidy and clearly well looked after There is a safe to use in the room as well as pool towels. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and cannot wait to come back again.

This was our first visit to Tunisia 🇹🇳. The hotel exceeded our expectations. All staff we encountered were the most polite & friendly people we’ve ever encountered in a hotel. They all go above & beyond in making our holiday so very special. Firstly we would like to thank our lovely housekeeper room 423 who kept our room immaculate!! It was my husband’s birthday! So I put his birthday cards up… we did not mention this to her!! She left our room with flowers on the bed etc. this was such a thoughtful gesture. Please can you recognise her hard work. Now onto food!! Exceptional !! Absolutely delicious. & the desserts were amazing. A big thank you to all the kitchen staff. I’d like to mention the lovely Rayen in particular, he was outstanding as a waiter!!! We’ve never ever met such an outstanding waiter ever!! He was so thoughtful & kind. Also an older waiter who always was so very accommodating ( can’t remember his name ) outside restaurant seating area.. & another waiter who is Rayen’s friend I think. Now onto the pool area. Baha!! What can I say… such a lovely young man. So kind & polite. Always there to get our pillows & sunbed mattress’s Our drinks waiter Ahmed!! I think that’s the correct spelling!! Always there to make sure we didn’t need to move for a top up 🍸 Pool toilet. The beautiful lady who spent hours making sure the toilets were immaculate!! Putting her lovely & thoughtfulness with her flowers in the toilet. ❤️ Reception staff. So so welcoming. Thank you. On that note we will be returning on the 14 Th October 2026 Again thank you all. This hotel has everything you could want for a relaxing couples holiday. I can't praise the staff enough for their friendliness and attention to detail. From the smiling cleaners, the bar staff who remember what you drink, Mohammed on reception and the waiters in the dining room ( shout out to Saheed). The evening entertainment is not the most exciting in my opinion but I'm sure lots of people like it. The majority return numerous times as the place is so good and I'm sure we will do the same

Fabulous hotel & staff exceptional especially Luca & Bilel & Lotfi .. Atmosphere varies but silent disco so much fun &:rooms are stunning & food is out of this world
