TUI BLUE Scheherazade

We are just about to leave this amazing hotel ,our second time here and it is absolutely perfect all the staff are so friendly and welcoming special thanks as always to our number 1 waiter nizar so friendly cannot praise him enough, our waiter for breakfast lofti always had a table for us thank you ,to the women in guest services thank you for helping with gluten free for my wife you were brilliant,Hamdi always remembering our drinks in the evening, louka on the entertainment team couldn't believe you got us to dance thanks for making our holiday so special, we will definitely be back next year .thank you all so much.

We've just had week there it was a Fantastic chilled out stay..Spotless hotel all the staff were so friendly and helpful...Anis and is cousin at The bar upstairs really looked after us...very funny is Anis service with a smile....Had a spa visit and also did a Catamaran trip booked with Fahti who sits near the quiet pool actually got to see some Dolphins which was a surprise to us as not guaranteed..Service on the beach and at beach restaurant was very good too they all really worked hard as the weather was really hot lovely beach nice sand..Room was spotless every day 715 by our cleaner...Went to the alacarte for dinner one night excellent service food delicious...All food was delicious in the hotel service very good at all meal times in the main restaurant the staff make this hotel..Thank u for a lovely stay we will return next Year....

Quite rightly there are great reviews for this hotel! The staff are welcoming. It’s like a home from home. It was the very first time for us to return to a hotel for a second time. The standard of cleanliness is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the food . Whilst there my son had a slight accident( his fault entirely!) The care and support we received from the hotel staff was excellent. So reassuring. I could list the staff who particularly impressed me but quite honestly I cannot think of any staff member who did not impress me! We had room 700. We had a lovely pool and sea view. We were right at the end of the row. We didn’t venture outside the hotel as we are “ fly & floppers” . Many thanks !

We have recently returned from our holiday at **TUI BLUE Scheherazade** and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a beautiful setting, excellent facilities, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it a perfect place to unwind. The beach is one of the highlights of the resort – wide, clean, peaceful, and ideal for relaxing by the sea. The hotel facilities are very good, including the gym, spa, and pool areas, providing everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The food was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty dishes. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained throughout our stay. The housekeeping team worked hard to ensure everything was looked after, and the hotel overall provided a very pleasant environment. What truly makes TUI BLUE Scheherazade special is the people. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Maha and Shayma from Guest Experience, who were exceptional throughout our stay. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests made a real difference. Maha especially went above and beyond to assist us when we faced an unexpected travel issue, and her support was greatly appreciated. We would also like to thank Reception Manager Mohammed, Golli from the Snack Restaurant, the Bar Snack team, Linda, Fatya, Mama from the Spa, and all the colleagues who welcomed us with such kindness and smiles. Their hospitality and positive attitude created many memorable moments. Overall, TUI BLUE Scheherazade is a lovely hotel with a beautiful location, great facilities, excellent food, and wonderful people. We had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and would happily return in the future.

Whatever they're doing at this hotel should be a blueprint for all inclusive everywhere! This has been the most fantastic holiday!
