A lovely stay again at The Royal Kenz. All the staff are lovely, and helpful. The animation team are all so friendly. Lovely to see Amigo back. With Mady Chaz and Smiley. Rooms are clean and the food is lovely they cater for all. Looking forward to our return in June and September.

Our second visit to the Royal Kenz with just a month apart. Loved it after our first visit so immediately rebooked. Hotel ticked all the boxes for us, very clean, food of a high standard and rooms excellent. The animation team we thought were fabulous, always engaging but not pushy. The DJ played some excellent music throughout the day keeping us all entertained and even had us singing along and dancing. Met some lovely people too who we hope will remain friends for a very long time. Already planning on a revisit to the Royal Kenz. Do not change what is working, you got some great staff, waiters, chefs, house keeping and animation team. Hoping to see you all again very soon, Dean & JoJo x

Just arrived home from the Royal Kenz in Port El Kantaoui , from start to finish the hotel made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food was absolutely amazing and we always had plenty of choice , the staff from reception, bar staff, restaurant staff and the housekeeping department were exceptional. During the day and every evening in the theatre the Animation team kept everyone entertained with different activities each day so no one got bored. Special shout out to Shazzy, Smilie , DJ and Ahmed who were great fun and made the holiday a success, I particularly enjoyed the variety of music around the pool during the day DJ even took requests for songs from the guests. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel , if you stay there it will not disappoint. I hope to return in the new future with my family and friends . Thank you everyone x

This is the 5th visit here to this lovely hotel. Clean, friendly helpful staff and superb location. Freddie and his team lay on the most fantastic food and drinks, fully waiter serviced ….expect to put on the pounds and nothing here is too much. Sousse is easy to get to and loads to do both within the hotel and outside. Fully recommend this place 😎

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Our stay at Royal Kenz in Sousse last summer was an absolute nightmare, and I will warn everyone I know to avoid this miserable place. THE ROOM SITUATION WAS A JOKE. We had a 4-month-old baby with us, and they put us so far from the reception that we had to trek every single time we needed anything for the baby. We begged for a closer room, and the staff just kept lying and delaying. Zero empathy for a family with an infant. Absolutely heartless. THE FOOD IS INEDIBLE AND DISGUSTING. It’s clear they serve leftovers from the day before. The quality is foul, and you feel sick eating there. Don’t believe any “all-inclusive” promises – it’s a scam. AND THE WORST PART? BLATANT RACISM. They serve people based on hair color and eye color – yes, you read that right. If you don’t fit their preferred “look,” you are treated like garbage. I have never experienced such open discrimination in my life. This hotel should be investigated and shut down for this disgusting behavior. THE DINING AREA WAS FILTHY. Tables sticky, floors dirty, and the staff ignored you unless you slipped them a tip like a bribe. Disgraceful. THE ROOMS ARE FALLING APART. The bed creaks like it’s going to collapse if you sit on the edge, and we had to call multiple times just to get dirty bedsheets changed. They clearly don’t clean between guests. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. You pay a fortune for mediocre, run-down, dirty service. The value is non-existent. You’ll regret every cent. THEY HIDE THE BEACH FROM YOU. Nobody tells you it’s a long walk, crossing a street AND another hotel just to get there. Lies and misleading advertising. THE SECURITY GUARD WAS A RUDE, MANNERLESS THUG. Aggressive, unpleasant, and made us feel unsafe. DO NOT STAY AT ROYAL KENZ. THEY DON’T DESERVE YOUR MONEY. THEY DON’T DESERVE YOUR TIME. SHAME ON THIS HOTEL.
