TUI SUNEO Royal Kenz

I had an amazing experience with the entertainment team at TUI Suneo Rova Kenz! Every day was full of energy, fun and positive vibes. The team is incredibly friendly. From daytime activities like games and sports to the evening shows, everything was well organized and full of creativity The performances were livelv and entertaining, and you could really see the passion and effort that Ahmed shazy and smiley put into making guests smile What I appreciated the most was their ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They truly make vou feel like part of a big family.

We had a lovely time back in October pros are many friendly staff, loads of driendly brits which i dis not expect. lovely food, rooms lovely and spacious. alcohol ok bit a bit watered down. Cons please spend some money on gym equipment because lots of guests husbands and mine were unhappy about this needs a decent treadmill and decent benches, multi gym machine and new gym weights come on guys its important. One more think please have food covered as expected in Africa there were flies and some got ill. Hope to come back this year same time If you can do these 2 feedback points would be great.

We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The animation team was exceptional and did a great job keeping the atmosphere lively and fun throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend it. Shazy, Ahmad and Smiley did great :)

We had an amazing stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Waleed at reception. He was incredibly helpful and always went out of his way to make sure we were okay. Whether we needed help getting back into our room, recommendations for food, or support during a stressful situation when my phone was stolen, he handled everything calmly and professionally. He always made time for us and made sure we felt supported throughout our stay. Waleed really went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one, and his kindness and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed. He’s a real credit to the hotel.

Quick check-in process. Give  a light cold meal on late arrival. Water in the room, liquid soap for hand washing & shower/shampoo jel. Daily maid service, The porter brings your luggage to your room. Rooms are generous in size, clean, free safe, fridge, tea & coffee facilities. A good variety of options in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. This includes vegetarian and gluten-free options. Drinks are served at your table apart from tea and coffee at breakfast. Light snacks (pastries) available in the bar mid morning, this changes in the summer with the snack bar open. Early breakfast is an option if going on a trip. Late check out is also an option with additional costs. There is everything entertainment. A separate beach five minutes down the road. All staff are pleasant and friendly. Communal areas are clean and tidy, some are looking tired & worn. Spa attached to the hotel is nice, very keen to show you around and sell you a package. Massage can be a little disappointing when a lot of routine is being done and working in areas that require. She was also a little distracted with her phone. Plenty of taxis outside the hotel to take you anywhere. A few trips avaliable to book. A Marina not far away about a 40 minute walk or quick taxi ride. A few shops close by.
