Hotel is beautiful and staff are excellent Food and drink menu was amazing and there was something different everyday Animation team was delightful Hotel staff were excellent and you could want for nothing. Friendly and respectful. A huge praise has to go to Mario and Joseph. They were outstanding and I’m glad we booked our excursions through them. Mario was friendly and was able to sort out our groups range of excursions with elite efficiency. Joseph took good care of my mother which touched my heart and his excursions felt like they were personally tailored just for her. We had a great time at the hotel. Our first visit and time in Tunisia but we will return. Every single member of staff were polite and friendly. The hotel and grounds were kept very clean. The beach was also clean, reached by a walkway out the back of the hotel. Food was good and varied. A table was always found for us by Abdelkader. A really friendly and helpful waiter, didn't take long until he remembered our drinks order. The room was clean and the air-conditioning was very good. Entertainment sometimes wasn't to our taste but really enjoyed the Tunisian Wedding.

A wonderful stay at TUI Suneo Royal Kenz! The location is great, the food is delicious and the staff are incredibly warm and caring. A special shout-out to Salma in housekeeping and the amazing kitchen team for going above and beyond. Location: Situated in a very convenient spot, making it easy to get around and explore. Staff Service: Every team member is friendly, caring and truly goes out of their way to cater to your needs. Housekeeping: Salma provided exceptionally attentive and caring service. She quickly reported a minor air conditioning leak to maintenance and even returned a few hours later to make sure the job was fixed. Dining: The kitchen and waiting staff delivered fantastic service, the food tasted wonderful and a huge thumbs up goes to the chef for the great meals. **can't upload any photos at the moment. Having a fantastic time here at the Royal Kenz as always. Food super, cocktails great, themed evenings are always brilliant. The staff as usual are brilliant and can't do enough for you. Service in the restaurant super as always. Rooms kept immaculate.

This is our second visit to this wonderful hotel. What makes it special is the staff. Every member of staff cant do enough to help and always have a smile on their faces. Can really recommend the snack bar for lunch and service. The hotel is relaxed with food and drink plentiful and is cleaned and maintained inside and out constantly. We still have another week to soak up the Tunisian sunshine and hospitality and im sure we will visit again soon.
