Me and my wife spent 2 weeks in this hotel and we’ll definitely be back. The food is amazing. The hotel is absolutely spotless. But the entertainment team are the best thing about this hotel, yassine,shazy,rimeh,Ahmed,banana,twitty,smily,Louis,mady,wassim

Honest review of the Good and Bad!! Bad - luke warm food, extremely hard mattresses, awful lumpy pillows (bring your own), dated rooms, no air conditioning until June, pool cold but it’s alright once you’re in 😝 Soft drinks have zero fizz which in turn makes them taste like syrup, ice is limited, warm wine served in the restaurant and trying to get a cold water is a struggle. Good (average) - animation team seemed lovely and worked really hard, calm environment, beach was nice albeit a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel. Entertainment as expected. Wouldn’t return as really disappointing that they can’t even get the soft drinks right despite complaining three times and back was aching after trying to sleep on the concrete mattress.

Just back from spending a week in Royal Kenz. 2nd time stayed here with friend ... rest of our party was first time. we all had a fab week. Animation team,mady, Rema, smiley banana, waseem and others in the team made it special for sophie, involving her in activities. Loved the shows, fire eaters, brazilian dancers. Amazing. Pool was lovely, plenty of beds. Not a problem getting one late morning. Friend took part in one show... omg was a scream. They have the audience as part of a show. Never laughed so much in my life....animation team were brilliant thinking the show up. Food in restaurant superb. Had an issue with spoons? Having to ask everytime for one. Rooms could be updated a little but clean and comfy. All showers etc working great. Spa facilities looked fantastic but no time to do treatments so book ahead! Very reasonable priced and suited to each individual.(would do them next time for sure). Beach was great, clean, beds and brolleys to sit under. Bar also there for drinks. Private area for hotel use. All staff in hotel very polite, friendly and nothing too much trouble. Cocktail and canape evening, fabulous with saxaphone player. Dancing etc. Great holiday vibes. Local shop Ali babas down road full to the brim of items to bring home... lotions, perfumes, ornaments keyrings to pottery wooded items and clothes...with bags, wraps and footwear. No stress from shop keeper. Just how i like it. Looking to book again in future as it was relaxing holiday and we lo e this hotel. Xx

Just arrived home from the most amazing week at the Royal KENZ, we could fault our experience and cannot wait to book up to go back as soon as possible, food was outstanding, daytime entertainment and evening entertainment second to none, need to give a special mention to Wassim the voice of the entertainment team, he was fantastic throughout and made all the kids holidays that bit more special, we laughed throughout, we felt safe throughout, weather was perfect everyday. Would recommend the catamaran trip very reasonably priced we saw the dolphins and had an amazing day, boat name was Mermaid crew were fantastic!! Not a criticism for this holiday smily faces all round !!

We have just returned from our 3rd 3week stay from May 2025 to May 2026.We have been visiting Tunisia and the Royal Kenz since 2001 and I can honestly say its an excellent experience staying here as the staff in every department aim to make your stay as good as they can.We we're in room 1227 a beautiful room with modern walk in shower and separate toilet.Our lovely maid kept our bed and room spotless in fact we had to say we don't need clean sheets every day the cleaning was done to a very high standard,thankyou.Food in the restaurant was fabulous and varied in fact spoiled for choice.Reception,Entertainment Staff,Cleaners,Restaurant Staff,Gardener's and Security Staff Pool staff &Management Thankyou for another fabulous holiday see you all in September.I must mention Sarah the Tui rep this lady excels at her job always got time for a chat or if you have any problems she will do her utmost to help you.I asked Sarah where I could buy Mousse for my hair she said I have it at home I will fetch it for you tomorrow and she surely did.Thankyou Sarah see you in September. A long but honest review of a beautiful hotel.Tunisia is a beautiful safe country with wonderful friendy people who welcome tourists.
