Absaloutely stunning hotel all staff so polite and very clean only downfall is the food

I had a great stay at Helya Hotel in Monastir. It is a lovely hotel with a fun atmosphere and plenty of entertainment. The animation team is amazing, they are very welcoming, friendly, and always make sure everyone is having a good time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The buffet offers tasty food, although it could have a little more variety from time to time. Overall, the food was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lively and relaxing holiday. I would be happy to come back again!

I had a great stay at Vincci Helya Beach! The atmosphere is amazing, and the entertainment team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Manar, who is such a kind and lovely person. She really made our stay even more enjoyable! The drinks are unlimited, which is a big plus, and the buffet is also all-you-can-eat. It sometimes lacks a bit of variety, but overall the food is tasty and satisfying. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that there is no fridge in the room unless you pay an extra fee. I don't think that's acceptable, especially for a hotel of this type. Apart from that, everything was great. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely come back!
