I would like to thank the entire entertainment team for all their hard work and for bringing so much joy to my stay. The animators are incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly!

If you want a family friendly holiday this is great , if you want something more quiet and relaxing then it isnt for you. If you pay extra to get a sea view room you should know that the rooms are above the bar and courtyard so expect noise from below drinkers until 12.30am and then be woken between 06.30 and 7am by staff dragging tables and chairs below to set up for breakfast. There isnt tea or coffee facilities in the room so you will need to wait for the restaurant to open. On Saturday evening the hotel was full and we struggled to get a seat or hot food. Hotel staff are really good and the entertainment staff fantastic , the hotel is serviced by an army of cleaners that keep the public areas great, we did have to request clean towels, we left dirty in the bath expecting a change half way through the holiday and the dirty ones were simply hung up again. Food was ok but expect long waits on specialty nights like BBQ's . Beach is amazing and the bar staff service the area. Lots of plus points but also some negative ones

Good hotel good place good animation team

An amazing experience at Helya Beach Hotel! We would like to thank the incredibly kind staff, the animation team, and everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special. We booked a room with a beach view, and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel offers a beautiful beach, two outdoor pools, and an indoor pool, so there is always something to enjoy. Every day was filled with fun activities — from line dancing, yoga, darts, ping pong, and aqua aerobics to many other games and activities by the pool. The animation team truly puts so much effort into making guests feel entertained and included. After dinner, there was always a mini disco for the kids, followed by different evening shows for adults. Every night was something new, and we had such a great time. My family and I joined in every activity, and we even prepared a choreography to dance with the animation team! A very special thank you to Saber, Ghaith, Bilel, Mario, Abdullah, Samar, and Manar for making our experience even more unforgettable. You truly made our holiday special. We already miss you all and sincerely hope to come back soon! One small thing worth mentioning: in Tunisia, tipping is very common and greatly appreciated, and the staff truly takes wonderful care of guests. However, people often forget about the animation team. They work incredibly hard every single day to create a fun atmosphere and unforgettable memories, yet they often don’t receive the same appreciation. So if you see them giving their best, please show them some kindness and support — they absolutely deserve recognition for all the effort they put in. ❤️
