Vincci Saphir Palace

This is my first time in this hotel , I would rate it as terrible service , Already I have confirmed booking and spent more than an hour and didn’t check-in so far. Bad service doesn’t deserve the 5 Stars.

Location îs so beautiful and modern. The employers are very nice,all the time whith smmile on face ready to help if you need. Mr.FATHI from reception îs the best!!!-Much patience,most friendly whith customs!!! Thanks for all!!

I enjoyed my stay at Vincci Saphir Palace in Yasmine Hammamet. The hotel was clean, secure, and very comfortable. The staff were amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I especially enjoyed the beautiful beach and the relaxing atmosphere. The price is reasonable and offers good value for money. The food was not at its best during my stay, but it was just after Eid and I understand it should improve. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel
