Cozy, clean, and comfortable. A truly pleasant experience at the Sapphire Hotel, which is in a great location—close to the new Medina, shopping centers, and supermarkets. The distance from the hotel to the Old Medina is about 15 km by taxi. If you visit Tunisia in early April, you can enjoy the carnival parades. The hotel is unique and enormous. Everything is clean and tidy everywhere. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the view of the sea is incredible. You feel like you’re in a royal suite. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always goes out of their way to assist guests. Receptionists, bartenders, waiters—everyone makes sure we have the best stay here. They’re incredibly cheerful and responsive. The reception staff are one-of-a-kind; you can chat with them easily about anything, and they’ll always make you laugh. And the best bartender is at the lobby bar. The food is delicious and plentiful; there’s no way you’ll go hungry. The most interesting part is that some of the food is prepared right in front of the guests—bread, spaghetti, pancakes, omelets, grilled fish... There are quite a few unusual dishes that are actually very tasty. Here you can immerse yourself in the flavors of the Arab world. It really is very beautiful and cozy. I highly recommend it.

The hotel itself is pleasant and clean. The rooms we're spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool area was warm and relaxing. The hotel was let down unfortunately by several issues. On arrival, we were horrified to see that the main outdoor pool was completely empty and being cleaned. Thus the pool bar was also not open. There was an outside eating / seating area, which was also being renovated and not in use. The outside eating area from the main restaurant was also being updated and was ultimately a building site. We heard from other guests who had queried it that everything was not due to be up and running again until May.. At the front the beach bar was not being used, therefore no food / drink options, and also looked like it was being repaired. No beach loungers in site. At this stage, we were more than disappointed and felt duped. The main bar area and restaurant were always cold, and everybody was sitting in their coats. The temperature outside was not great, but the aircon inside was always high and really couldn't understand why? couldn't they just turn off the aircon to solve that problem for everyone, and no doubt save themselves money at the same time? The food choices were minimal in the main restaurant, and the food was generally luke warm at best, not helped no doubt by the overall temperature in there. It seemed that there were not many guests, and the ambiance was a little flat. No evening entertainment at all until the last 2 days, and that was very lack lustre and short lived. On the 2nd day, we were advised that there would be 300 young students arriving for a 10 day Science event. This livened things up a little, but meal times quickly became school dinner time, with long queue's everywhere fighting for food. To be honest, the students were well mannered and polite, but it was just the scale that turned every meal into a battle. I think the staff felt quite embarassed about it and generally came to find us and bring us into the restaurant early each night to avoid the chaos a little. I really never normally complain, but just felt the need this time, given the amount of issues we had. We have been on quite a few all inclusive holidays over the last few years, and they normally work very well. This time, we had taken our daughter with us to show her how good an all inclusive holiday was. It was ironic really that this was by far the worst one we had experienced. The barman also took a fancy to her on the first night. He was a very nice, friendly, helpful guy, yet proceeded to track her down on social media, barraging her with messages and even came knocking on her room door at night trying to get into her room. All in all, far from a great experience..

I had a wonderful time at Vincci Saphir Palace. The atmosphere is lovely, but the highlight of my experience was definitely the food. A huge thank you to Hamza his pizzas are absolutely delicious and made with so much care. They were easily the best meal I had during my stay. Highly recommend!

One of the most beautiful places, excellent room service and a wonderful buffet. It's a great place to come and enjoy a good holiday. They are very kind indeed. Thank you to everyone.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel , the room was clean and cosy and i had everything to feel comfortable . The food also was so good , plenty of options to choose from and everything tasted fresh and full of flavor . Also i really want to thank the staff in here they were so welcoming and cheerful specially the housekeeping staff they are doing a great job.
