This is the third time I’m editing my review, and that’s simply because as the days went on, our experience only got better and better. I honestly cannot rave enough about the staff at Adalya. They are genuinely some of the nicest, most hardworking, and attentive people I’ve come across. From the bartenders, restaurant staff, and chefs to the cleaners, reception team, and entertainment crew. every single person played a part in making our stay memorable. As I mentioned previously, we didn’t get off to the best start. However, when they get it right, they get it very right. Jamila told me she wanted to change my perception of the hotel, the team and the nation as a whole and she did exactly that. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained. Everything is spotless, from the rooms to the dining areas and the grounds. The layout is great, the facilities are excellent, and there’s always something to do whether you want to relax or stay entertained. The little café is also a lovely touch so cozy and elegant. What really stood out was how personal the service felt. The staff take the time to get to know you and what you like which makes you feel very special. Turgut made sure I tried a different cocktail every day he was there which I loved, even though on a normal day I hate alcohol 🤣. Turcan was also incredibly attentive. One evening I was sitting without a drink, and Ezge simply walked over and handed me one, I genuinely thought she had the wrong table until she confirmed it was definitely for me! One day I was taking picture and Yeliz brought me drinks and would tell me my pictures would look even better with them lol so sweet The food was always fresh and absolutely delicious. There was so much variety, with plenty of options, and each night had a different theme. There was also an older gentleman in the restaurant (I wish I had caught his name) who made a point of teaching us Turkish words he was so warm and kind, and we looked forward to seeing him. The head chef would often personally ensure we were served fresh meat straight from the grill. There are honestly so many other members of staff whose names I didn’t catch, but who still went out of their way to make our stay special. I almost feel unfair mentioning a few because Every interaction, no matter how small, added to such a positive experience, and they all deserve recognition. The cleaner would always go out of his way to say hello to us and have a small chat every time he saw us. The lady who cleaned our room was also incredibly sweet. Cleanliness is something I’m very particular about, and I genuinely could not fault it here. Not once did I come across dirty cutlery, glasses,plates or a mess somewhere which, if I’m honest, is quite rare in hotels. Everything was consistently spotless. Most importantly, the hospitality we experienced was outstanding. After that first night of issues, the team went above and beyond to turn things around, and they absolutely succeeded. Our stay ended up being nothing short of perfect. A very special thank you to Jamila, who took it upon herself to make sure we were well looked after throughout, your effort did not go unnoticed. Not only will I be returning, but I’ll also be bringing my kids next time. That alone says everything about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel great food and especially great bartender with name Hakan great guy working fast giving the best drinks i think this hotel is great for people that love relax and quiet places highly recommend.

Outstanding hotel and amenities!! What made this hotel really special were the staff - everyone with whom we had contact with went the extra mile!!

This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever gone to and we have been to around 20 four and five star hotels! The entire staff is exceptional that I have seen. Hoverever two people come to mind: Seher Gurcan with her very positive ways and Mehmet with his quite perfection in helping guest. My wife and I will return here many more times. Thank you all staff for making this a beautiful vacation!

We went in the beginning of March, some outdoor facilities like the wave pool and the beach bar were closed being out of season but we expected this did not phase us. There were some building works going on but again this is normal for hotels to do upgrades out of season and it shows that they are investing to make the hotel to an even better standard. We really appreciated the indoor pool which was nice and warm, usually these pools aren't warm enough, this one was perfect! The hotel is exceptionally clean, rooms as well. Food was excellent and we enjoyed it very much. Staff were very friendly and tentative. The hotel is a little bit out of the old town so not that convenient for exploring the area. The lobby area was a nice place to relax and the only thing that would make it better is charging points.
