Akra Antalya

I am leaving today, after 9 nights. I was here, solo, for a lot of dental treatment. I knew I would be in the hotel a lot, room service, painkillers, soft food ! It was great. The best housekeeper ever in Mijla. She made me feel special. Towels as swans and balloons. Solos are usually ignored. She was so helpful, popping in to see if I needed anything. Ari, in the Spa. Best scrub and hammam and head massage after such painful dental work. The life co spa team made me smoothies and other soft food. Guest services sent up soup and soft bread and mashed potato. I am really glad I stayed here. Please get better hairdryers ! But that’s not much criticism. I asked for a room that was quiet with a great view. I got one. Really peaceful and great internet everywhere. There are shops and cafes nearby.

Had a beautiful sea view. Room was comfortable and nice. There are several nice pools and an elevator to take you down to the ocean, although the water was rather choppy and there is no beach in this area--you just go down some steps from a little platform. In addition, it is rocky, so bring pool shoes. The buffet was unbelievable--I don't think I ever have, and ever will, see such a huge, wonderful buffet. It just kept going on and on, with a whole huge table of cheeses, two tables of salads and cold appetizers, a table for western desserts, another for Turkish desserts, and lots of hot entrees, as well as a selection of bread. There was an ice cream area, with a special extra fancy dessert of the day, and one or two other chef's tables with special entrees.

I travel a lot and spend plenty of time in hotels, but I’ve never actually written a review before. This stay felt worth sharing. Great location, modern and comfortable rooms, lovely outdoor spaces, and really good food and cocktails. I enjoyed the pool areas, played some padel, and the outdoor jazz bar was a brilliant surprise. You can walk out easily, take a bike, or grab a taxi to the Old Town in around 15 minutes — traffic can be a bit slow at peak times, but it’s manageable. I rate this hotel highly and would definitely recommend it. Antalya is a beautiful city, and I’d happily return and stay here again.

My stay at Akra Antalya was short but fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was perfect—every member of staff was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making the experience special. The facilities are fantastic, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Whether it’s the pool areas, spa, or the well maintained green areas, everything is finished to a high standard and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfy and it was really great to have 2 big bottles of water in the room that are replenished daily. The food was a real highlight. Every meal was fresh, varied, and full of flavour, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. The room service menu in particular was extensive and delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional hospitality and great value for money. I’ll definitely be returning sooner rather than later all being well!

Modern, friendly hotel with great service, big breakfast buffet, and convenient wellness section. The rooftop bar and restaurant is worth a visit. Also very helpful management, that help us overcoming a rental car problem.
