Fantastic facilities, brilliant room and beautiful views. Wide selection of food and of all it freshly made and very tasty. Would recommend to anyone!!

We’ve just returned from staying 8 nights at Akra and had a great time. The hotel and its facilities are very good - pools / spa / brilliant hotel gym and general amenities. Room service and house keeping were excellent. Very convenient location to shops, 5’ish mins walk to a mini supermarket for general bits you might need and various pharmacies with 10 mins walking distance. I’d read concerns about loud music, we didn’t experience any of that, but would like to think that given our overall experience, it wouldn’t have detracted from the hotel and service as a whole. Staff attitudes are a personal thing, I found everyone to be helpful and prompt. I would have liked the room service menu to have had more choice, nevertheless, the room service food was good. Asmani restaurant on the 10th floor was disappointing. We didn’t find the staff welcoming and for the dining experience that it markets itself for, the menu choice was very limited and similar to the room service menu. Also, they have LOTS of plants along the window obstructing your view of the sea, which I found strange. Maybe put them on the other side of the restaurant where you have views of the buildings?

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The location is perfect, the views are stunning, and the property has everything you could need. I felt completely safe and well looked after throughout my trip. Every member of the team was lovely, with a special shoutout to Gözde in Guest Relations for going above and beyond. Truly a 10/10 experience—I will definitely be returning!

I recommend the hotel! I liked it from the very beginning , while Aiturgan was explaining me everything concerning my stay here . Very professional team in the reception . The room was nice, without bad smells , the pressure of water was good, the bed was comfortable . Very tasty breakfasts and dinners , excellent! Cleaning of the rooms- high level!

This hotel is so clean the rooms are spacious with mini bar fridge charged to your room along with coffee machine the bay views are magnificent with the mountains as a backdrop it’s pretty central plenty of bars around it it has a glass lift to a man made platform at sea level with loungers for sunbathing the sea I very warm the pools 4 pools are very clean and well maintained along with the hotel the food is lovely too plenty to choose from but please be aware when there are functions and weddings on the lawn the noise is so loud and goes on after 12 midnight that vibrates up the building so you cannot sleep then the not only do they clear away what they can after late into the night there at it again at 8 am the next morning I understand hosting parties and weddings but no consideration at all for paying guests especially the ones above the event no prior warning or option to change rooms it’s that loud and when you complain there just not apologetic or helpful in solving the situation it’s a real shame as everything else’s is so nice we have stayed here 2 times this year but don’t think we will come back .
