The second time we have stayed at this beautiful Hotel, we upgraded to a Skyline suite and were over the moon . The staff are so attentive in all aspects of the hotel from house cleaning, reception and ofcourse the private dinning which you get if you have a suite. On arrival we had some fresh fruits,biscuits,wine and a welcome letter thanking us for our stay Saturday the staff bought in a lovely bouquet of flowers which was totally unexpected they go way beyond for the guest so I could not recommend this beautiful hotel anymore you have to see for yourself.

I had an exceptional experience at Akra Hotels and would confidently rate it 5 stars across every aspect of my stay. A special thank you to Nur Demiroğlu and the entire team, whose professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their supportive and empathetic approach made a significant difference, especially as I was staying to recover following my septorhinoplasty and conchaplasty procedure. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, with a clear attention to detail in every area. The service is seamless, efficient, and delivered with a high level of care and consistency. The food was another highlight — an amazing selection with exceptional taste and quality. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, with plenty of variety to suit different preferences. Overall, I left feeling very happy, relaxed, and well looked after. It was a truly pleasant and comfortable experience. I would highly recommend Akra Hotels to friends, family, and colleagues, and I look forward to returning every time I am back in Antalya.

I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, most recently at the Ritz-Carlton, Bali, and I have never encountered anything as concerning as what I experienced at this hotel. Before my stay, I read several reviews on Trustpilot mentioning issues with the revenue team allegedly charging guests’ credit cards for services they did not use. Because of this, I was extremely cautious with my card details. I made a point of paying immediately for room service and restaurant bills rather than charging anything to my room. I also never use the minibar in any hotel I stay at. With so many facilities available on-site, I simply have no need to. (plus I do not drink and the snack options are a joke) Despite this, when I checked out, I was informed that items from the minibar had been consumed and added to my bill. At no point during check-in or check-out was the minibar checked in my presence. Based on my experience and the similar reports I had read beforehand, this appears to be an ongoing issue. I strongly advise future guests to carefully review their bills and monitor any card charges. FOR PEACE OF MIND DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
