Had a beautiful 5 night stay at this hotel, cant fault anything, the swimming pools are great sizes and amazing views. All staff are very polite and welcoming and the food was 10/10 every night with many different options Would highly recommend this hotel to others

Thank you reception team for warm welcome and proving early check-in. It was great after long night flight. Guest experience and concierge team always supported me: reservation Asmani restaurant, advice what places are worth visiting in Antalya and etc. I was so pleased to get a lovely surprise on my birthday. During my family's stay at Akra Antalya, we experienced two separate food safety incidents on consecutive days. On 29 October 2025, dates served at breakfast contained visible live larvae. The following evening, an expired yogurt (already expired for two days) was provided for my infant daughter. Both incidents were reported immediately to hotel staff, including the concierge, front desk, duty manager, and night manager. We were assured that the matter would be investigated and that a written update would be provided. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, including direct emails after our stay, no meaningful explanation, investigation outcome, or corrective action was ever communicated. What disappointed me most was not the incidents themselves, but the lack of accountability afterward. I have photographs and email correspondence documenting the matter. Guests can draw their own conclusions, but I believe food safety concerns deserve a more serious and transparent response.

Tbh I came here to Antalya and was very lucky to find Akra hotels , the place is very nice and comfortable as it is besides parks and some amazing restaurants, the the service was absolutely perfect ( we took the breakfast and enjoyed it a lot ) especially with the presence of Ali , he was great . At the reception Islam was the one who greeted us and helped us , his smile was very exiting and he was very polite , also the hotel has extra activities like ; padel cycling and diving ( that was very fun) overall the experience was great and we had a great time.

Amazing view and atmosphere. Every place in the hotel has that exceptional view (restaurants,gyms,cafe,shop,pools...) Meals were delicious and freshly prepared. Gym has high quality new tech gears and a great open view. Pools were heated in cold weather I would not choose for all inclusive, stay-in-hotel all the time experience but I would definitely go for breakfast and dinner only as the hotel's location is right in the center of Antalya where you have a lot of amazing places and scenes you want to visit.
