We thank reception manager Serenay for her exceptional professionalism. The reception is where you begin your acquaintance with the hotel. This was our second time at AKRA Antalya, and both times Serenay greeted us. She is attentive to detail, clarified our room preferences, and selected rooms that met our needs. Serenay is friendly and speaks excellent English. When we were leaving, Serenay asked if we were satisfied and whether we would come again. Serenay truly loves her job, and guests can sense this from the very first moment. Guest Experience Supervisor Atiye Bozkurt Cimer deserves special praise. Upon learning that we were there to celebrate my birthday, Atiye Bozkurt Cimer arranged a complimentary bottle of fine wine, dessert, and fruit from the hotel. The room was decorated with numerous balloons, a festive blanket, and pillows. Throughout our stay, Atiye Bozkurt Cimer kept asking if everything was to our liking. We love everything about this wonderful hotel, AKRA Antalya. We thank the owner and the hotel's top managers for their excellent staff. We dream of returning again and immersing ourselves in the atmosphere of AKRA hospitality.

We spent an absolutely wonderful vacation at Akra Antalya and celebrated our wedding anniversary here. The hotel left the most pleasant impression, beautifully combining premium standards with a sophisticated, elegant European touch. The grounds are lush and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and refined atmosphere. Our room on the 7th floor offered a mesmerizing, panoramic view of the sea and mountains that we simply couldn't take our eyes off. A Jazz festival took place on the property during our stay, which felt like a wonderful anniversary gift from the hotel. The organization was flawless, the sound quality was pristine, and the performers were top-tier. We would like to express our special gratitude for creating such a festive ambiance. We also greatly appreciated the attention to detail. The rooms feature excellent tea and coffee, and the bathroom is stocked with luxury Atelier Rebul toiletries (I absolutely fell in love with their 1895 line). We booked a half-board (HB) package and were very pleasantly surprised. The breakfasts are beyond praise, offering an outstanding selection of cheeses and fresh fruits. Water, tea, and coffee are served complimentary during dinner, which is a rare and valuable benefit for a half-board system. Additionally, we used the hotel's complimentary bicycles to ride along the scenic seaside promenade and stroll through the nearby shady park. Special thanks to Mr. Yılmaz Oktay Demiray from the reservation department for his utmost professionalism. He personally ensured our booking was handled flawlessly, and his attentive approach made us feel truly welcome. Thank you to the entire Akra team for your impeccable service, warmth, and for making our anniversary so special. We will certainly return!

Warning to Asian Travelers: Terrible Racism and Gaslighting If you are an Asian traveler, please think twice before booking Akra Antalya. My family and I stayed in rooms 850 and 829 from June 27 to June 28, 2026. We came here for a relaxing holiday, but this place completely ruined our vacation. It was an absolute waste of our precious time and money. The nightmare started in the fitness locker room. A locker was malfunctioning and made a sound when opened. Upon hearing this, a hotel member immediately jumped to conclusions, publicly embarrassed me, and falsely accused me of being a thief. The fitness reception staff did absolutely nothing to protect me, merely telling me to "just let it go because that person is strange." Later at the private beach, staff tried to block our entry for no reason while other guests were already swimming inside. The absolute worst part happened when we returned to the locker room. The same guest and their friend targeted us with explicit racial slurs ("Ching Chang Chong"). When we confronted them, they mocked us. Shockingly, when we complained to the lobby, the Hotel Supervisor openly gaslit us. They said, "It must be a misunderstanding due to the language barrier," and claimed that "our hotel guests are high-class, so such a thing could not have happened." For the record, I have lived in Canada and my English is completely fluent. I understood every single word of their insults perfectly. The supervisor basically implied that we were lying and being overly sensitive, completely protecting the racist guests while humiliating us. Their idea of compensating for severe racial discrimination and harassment was offering us some cheese in the room or a cup of coffee. It was deeply insulting. They took no action against the racist guests, and we even had to face them again at the restaurant.
