We recently had the pleasure of staying at Akra Kemer, and it was truly one of the most beautiful holiday experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The restaurant staff were absolutely exceptional, always welcoming, attentive, and incredibly hardworking. Every meal felt special because of the excellent service and the care they showed to every guest. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding. The room service team also deserves special appreciation for keeping everything spotless, comfortable, and perfectly prepared every single day. Their attention to detail made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entertainment/animation team for bringing such amazing energy throughout the holiday. Special mention to Domfu, we had a great fitness experience during Aqua gym class and Tom is funny and always made sure we are okay. All the activities, performances, and interaction with guests created such a fun and lively atmosphere while still making everyone feel included and comfortable. The bar service was top-class as well friendly bartenders, especially Ibrahim, Hahil and Gener, quick service, and a great atmosphere all around. Every area of the hotel reflected quality and care. Most importantly, compliments to the entire management team for maintaining such a high standard across the hotel. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a priority at every level. Thank you, Akra Kemer, for giving us unforgettable memories. We left with full hearts, beautiful experiences, and we will definitely be returning again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and joyful holiday experience in Türkiye.

Just back from TWO stays at Akra Kemer (greedy I know) Stay 1 April with my granddaughter and friends. We had a lovely stay . We were so well looked after by the whole team. A special mention to Sulley on his rollerblades who kept us all well hydrated at the relax pool. The main restaurant staff who made sure we could all sit together 8 of us, the same at The Kumsal at lunchtime. We booked the a la carte’s separately but Yvonne got us all into the Olive one evening. My granddaughter and I were in a Deluxe Suite, it was very large and kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff. Most evenings found us in the Jazz Bar dancing the night away. We all had a great time and planning a return next year. Stay 2 May with my husband. Everyone wondered where he was in April 😂. We had our usual room which was kept spotless by Sultan, thank you. The mini bar and snacks were topped up every day but with so much food and drink available 24 hours a day we didn’t really use it apart from water. Once again we were looked after by all the staff but especially Kemal at the Kumsal, Mert Can, Kadri and Yasin in the Olive, Ferit and Yaren in the Luna bar. We were lucky enough to eat at athe Mexican a la carte on it’s opening night where once again we had lovely food freshly cooked. A special mention must go to Yvonne and her guest experience team who were always available to help or give advice. No problem is every too big for them. We never had any problems but it’s reassuring to know they are there if you need them. We have been to this hotel many times and it’s always to catch up with many repeat guests who are now friends and to make new friends. Akra Kemer is our Turkish home and we look on all the staff as family. We love our holidays here. A huge Thank You to All the staff. We can’t wait to see you all for visit no28 in October. We have now visited Akra Kemer around 15 times, and it still never fails to amaze us. Every single visit feels just as special as the first. The service, food, and drinks are always exceptional, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel is incredible. One thing we absolutely love is that we’ve always been able to book an à la carte restaurant every night, and the variety and quality of food is outstanding every single time. The entertainment team truly go above and beyond to make every holiday unforgettable. A huge thank you to Tom, Okan, Emri, Domfe, Rosa, and Marwem, you all make our holidays so special. We genuinely love spending time with you all, and your energy, kindness, and effort never go unnoticed. The hotel itself puts so much effort into making every day unique and exciting. From the gala nights and BBQs to the amazing shows and evening entertainment, there is always something fun happening and it creates such a fantastic atmosphere. A very special mention also goes to Yvonne in Guest Relations, who is an absolute angel. She helped organise our whole trip and made everything completely stress-free from start to finish. Ferit in the Luna Bar also deserves a huge thank you for his amazing service and friendliness throughout our stay. The spa was absolutely amazing, so relaxing and such a lovely experience every time we visited. The rooms are also always cleaned to such a high standard, spotless every single day. What really makes this hotel stand out is the people. Everyone here is so friendly and genuinely cannot do enough for you. There is a reason we keep coming back year after year, everyone who works here makes us feel like family, and Akra Kemer truly feels like a second home to us. We honestly cannot wait for our next visit!
