What a fantastic hotel from start to finish! Sadly, we have to leave tomorrow 😞 We have had an amazing stay. The hotel, food, and pools were all excellent! The evening entertainment has been fabulous, second to none. We have a lot of experience with all inclusive’s and the entertainment has never been so good. The staff from the reception to bar staff right down to the cleaners & lifeguards has been phenomenal. Although, a massive special mention has to go to Tom (entertainment team) who has been absolutely outstanding with our children. He took the time to teach them the hotel dances, made them his little assistants and helped create so many wonderful memories. In such a short space of time, we've built a great relationship with him and have never stopped laughing whenever we've been in his company. Thank you, Akra Kemer, for such a fantastic holiday and unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back! 😊

We had a phenomenal time for our first visit to the Akra Kemer this week. Every moment was amazing and we’re so sad to be home. Special shout out to the Mini Travellers team who kept our 7 year old daughter entertained non stop. All staff members were brilliant, from the wait staff to the entertainment teams to the housekeeping service (we didn’t catch her name but the housekeeper for room 1246 was so lovely!) Wonderful facilities, wonderful food, wonderful people, wonderful holiday. See you soon x

A huge thank you to DJ, Tom, Okan, Emri, Domfe, Rosa, and Marwem, you all make our holidays so special. We genuinely love spending time with you all, and your energy, kindness, and effort never go unnoticed • The choice of food and quality is outstanding; we luckily managed to book an A’ La Carte restaurant for every night except Gala Night which is held in the main reception and is amazing. • Special mention for Yvonne in Guest Relations, she is amazing and always makes our holiday completely stress free • The bar staff work so hard, special mention to Ferit in the Luna Bar, he always remembers your drink and is so friendly This hotel stands out for us as a family due to the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the quality of everything. We keep coming back year after year as this feels like our second home, we cannot wait until our next visit.

This year marked my 7th stay at Akra Kemer, and I continue to be impressed by how the hotel maintains such a high standard while still finding ways to improve and surprise returning guests. This visit happened during the Kurban Bayram celebrations, which made the experience even more special. 🎉 The atmosphere throughout the resort was wonderful. The food selection was exceptional, with an enormous variety of dishes and stunning presentation. 🍽️ The entertainment program was equally impressive, featuring high-quality concerts, shows, and special events that created a truly festive atmosphere. One of the pleasant surprises this year was the upgraded space for fitness activities, including a dedicated Zumba area with a wooden floor and mirrors, which made the classes even more enjoyable. 💃 A special mention goes to Darja, a truly outstanding fitness instructor. 💖 She is knowledgeable, professional, energetic, and incredibly motivating. Her classes create such a welcoming atmosphere that you genuinely look forward to attending them. I enjoyed her sessions so much that I joined not only Zumba classes but also stretching sessions and even the morning workouts – despite the fact that early exercise is definitely not my favorite way to start the day! After every class, I felt refreshed, energized, and full of positive emotions. I would also like to recognize bartender Serkan, a true professional. 🍸 After asking just two simple questions about whether I preferred something spicy or more sour, he immediately understood my taste and created cocktails that suited me perfectly. His drinks were memorable not only because of their excellent flavor but also because of their elegant presentation. 🍹 Another heartfelt thank you goes to Hasan at Reception. 🤗 He always greeted guests with a smile and seemed to anticipate needs before they were even expressed. On one occasion, my bicycle rental was arranged before I had even asked about it, and when he remembered my room number, I was genuinely impressed. 😊 Moments like these may seem small, but they make guests feel truly welcomed and appreciated. Exceptional service is often found in the details, and Hasan embodies that perfectly. The only aspect that I believe could be improved is the bicycle rental service 🚲. As someone who enjoys cycling during my holidays, I found that the bicycles were quite worn and did not fully justify the rental cost. A gradual renewal of the bike fleet would further enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, Akra Kemer remains a solid 10/10 for me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The combination of excellent service, outstanding food, great entertainment, and dedicated staff keeps bringing me back year after year. ❤️ I highly recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to my next visit. 🌴☀️ Daiga

Very clean hotel, staff are always very friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere - lots of things to do. Marwen has been an absolute stand out member of staff, nothing too much, absolutely hilarious & always on hand to help, thank you ☺️
