Overall a very nice hotel that requires some areas of improvement The rooms and areas are clean and tidy with great friendly staff The food leaves a lot to be desired, mass produced without much quality. Plentiful number of desserts but are generally poor quality lacking flavour A large detractor to the hotel and beach area is being pestered everyday by the tattoo company onsite! You would think no once would be enough however every day you’re approached with the hard sell If you want a cheap getaway it’s a reasonable hotel however I would recommend eating out

Good location close shops near and a market also Rooms are clean however the cleaner not so great. Good atmosphere great holiday and the entertainment team made it even more enjoyable. They are all great and keep everyone busy with games and entertainment shows which run daily

the entertainment team was fantastic, Ali, Mehmet and Nils were so friendly and made the experience 10x better. There was lots of activities to do during the day such as darts, football games and air rifle games

I highly recommend this hotel for a couple’s vacation. The hotel was clean and cosy although it was pretty big. The staff was super helpful, friendly and eager to help with anything. The rooms were cleaned daily and the drinks were restocked in the fridge. The location was also great! There was a market in front of the hotel and the beach was within a walking distance (about 15 minutes on foot). We really enjoyed the food in the main restaurant as the options were endless and something new appeared every day. We were staying there at the beginning of October and it was still hot and felt like peak summer. We had no problem with finding a deckchair around the pool. We haven’t noticed any flaws or cons. Highly recommend!!!! ❤️

I just came from Aletris hotel and had the best experience there, i would recommend it to all of you especially the staff was amazing, everything was on point especially cleaning, i hope they get paid well. The hotel was mainly with german, polish and russian people, but we were the only albanian people there and never had any problem with it because the staff speaks fluent english too.
