AQI Pegasos Resort

This hotel was amazing, it was very clean and neat, you had all the things you need in your room. The towels were free with towel cards and the sun beds were also free, you will find free sunbeds if you come in the morning because later it can get crowded. There is bars near the pool and the beach. The beach was amazing with soft sand and clear water, the pools and aqua parks were also excellent, you could use the aqua park from the other hotel. I have no words for the food, it was really good and you had lots to choose from ,there was special dinner nights like Chinese dinner and Mexican dinner but those were some dishes of course, there was still the basic food for everyone to enjoy. You had lots of fruit and a poolside "cafeteria" serving food like pizza,fries, nuggets and burgers. The atmosphere was really good. The service was amazing, you could get help anywhere. Overall one of the best stays ever. I would highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this hotel because of pleasant Staff, great location and very cleanlliness. We have been coming to the AQI Pegasos Resort every year for the past three years. Fabulous hotel. Staff all very friendly, and very helpful. The food is really outstanding. The hotel is very clean and the beach too. We arrived mostly in the round midnight and was greeted by very friendly staff who took our luggage to our room and showed us the features of the room. A big thank you to the reception’s team for their hard work, Helpful and friendly behavior. Thank you so much for kindness to Mr. Mahmut (recepcion) for your unending positivity and attention to guests. He always asks if we need anything. Every request was always fulfilled. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Ms. Olga Shnayder, the public relation manager who was always very friendly, obliging and willing to please. The best waiter in the world, thank you Mohamed for always taking great care of us. This is especially important to me because I am disabled. I highly recommend this hotel because of pleasant Staff, great location and very cleanlliness.

I highly recommend the hotel. Delicious food, wonderful service. Waiters with a very good sense of humor, helpful and always smiling. The hotel and service are top-notch.

This is a brilliant hotel set on a stunning beach. It has everything you want from a good all-inclusive hotel. The food is excellent and there are la carte options. The staff here literally can't do enough for you. I really enjoyed archery with Krystyna. She was brilliant and took the time to learn everybody's name. There are plenty of things to do with an on-site water park and the evening entertainment is of a good quality. It is my second visit to this hotel and I sure will be going back next year

We came back for second year and it was fantastic Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. The restaurant staff are brilliant. A special mention for Serdat. He always went above and beyond for us. He knew what times we visited to dine throughout the day and always tried to seat us at our preferred table. Knew our drinks and kept them coming. Great service and really friendly. The hotel manager Ismael regularly checked we were ok and enjoying our stay and let us know he would sort any issues (thankfully we had none) Ice creams, pools, slides, food, arcade and of course the beach all amazing. Such a great holiday. Highly recommend this hotel. You will be happy you chose to stay here. So much for adults and children to do. We will come back for sure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
