I would especially like to thank Nisa and Rafiga. Both were extremely professional, friendly, and very kind to guests. Their service was fast, attentive, and always helpful. They made us feel comfortable and genuinely valued. They contributed greatly to making our holiday more enjoyable. You are fortunate to have employees like them. We had a very nice stay with children. The beach was pretty and well maintained, the food astonishing, the service excellent, with special applause for Suat and Ebubekir from the restaurant - I felt like a king being served by them! Our family room with two separate bedrooms was spacious and had an astonishing view on the see. The only thing to complain were alcohol cocktails - managers should improve their quality as they definitely don't fit in with the other features of the hotel.

This is our second vacation in the hotel and we enjoyed again the amazing view, comfortable rooms, great location and beach, evening events and shows but mostly the friendly and warm staff who were always ready to help and made us feel welcome.

I absolutely loved this hotel, stunning views, room was lovely for a big standard hotel room, maintained well and cleaned exceptionally everyday especially with my 5 year old having accidents every other night, the cleaners were very respectful and helpful towards this. Many pools and slides to choose from always well maintained cleaned and life guards are great interact with my kids. One always on top of green slide getting about 10 high fives off my 5 year old before even coming down and would always smile and do it with her everytime, and another main life guards was my favourite Af-something I didnt quite get his name but was mainly by the pool opposite the shop by royal and the lobby bar. Always interacted had a chat and laugh with me and the kids and really respected that and was attentive when my daughter had hurt her foot and also with her strops and tried to make her laugh ❤️ Beach on your doorstep with Foam parties. 'Put your hands up' you will hear a lot 🤣 The atmosphere is something you will not forget, entertainment is great, kids club, but it's the staff that makes it what it is. So friendly and great with kids, Ali, entertainment manager Ferhat, Ricky made me laugh and smile everyday, always great energy makes it feel more like a homely vibe than anything else so welcoming and always stop for a chat even the Hotel Manager I see him around a lot he will stop and chat and make sure everything is to a good standard and I respect that with a busy man that he is. I will definitely return to Pegasus resort! A holiday to remember and never forget. Also Enis makes the best cocktails at Amphi bar and will ensure you smile. Leven the bar manager also made me the best cocktail I did taste the whole holiday, very friendly and sorry I didn't end up going to the Lobby bar like I said I would 😅 Only down side just be prepared to be harassed by the pools where you're sat for boat trips, massages, tattoos, photos ect. Normally if I did say no thank you straight away they would stop. The photo man I met is actually brilliant though and made me laugh and smile and would always say hi. Arcades and extra popcorn stand are at extra expense You have all inclusive and then premium all inclusive cocktails for extra I would probably upgrade to premium next time,but if you ask them to make you something they normally will.

We highly recommend this hotel. The best entertainment team, especially Ricky. I recommend Amphi Bar, especially Enes, he makes the best drinks.
