AQI Pegasos Royal

Once again, we want to thank you for the wonderful holiday of all dear people who have become close and make every year our vacation perfect and special. Lovely holiday, clean and cozy hotel with lots of facilities. Amazing and delicious food, fruit, baclava and coffee. Very good service from all staff, but especially Eyyup, Kadir and Suat in the main restaurant, so friendly and kind staff. Always welcome with a big smile. All green plants and flowers are fresh and so beautiful. Sea is blue, warm and clean. The beach is clean and welcoming. Cats, the little hearts, are part of this amazing place and they are full of love. Also, the evening entertainment is so professional and great. We booked all our beautiful trips with Incekumtour Kolibri, they are just opposite road from Pegasos Resort Hotel, lovely and friendly people, always ready to help. We can't wait to come again this year. Was second year holiday in this shinny place and we loved everything. We are grateful. Our experience at this hotel was wonderful the staff were very helpful and kind especially the ones in reception. The rooms were always cleaned to a good standard and the beach was beautiful! Additionally, the location was good too.

This is our 3rd time returning to Pegasos royal and every time it has been fantastic. We went as a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children ages 8 and 10 months. We never normally return to the same hotel but we could not resist as we always have such an amazing time. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. I want to specifically say how fantastic Abdullah, Ümit, Dilara was in the entertainment team. They always went out of there way for us and made my children feel so special honestly cannot thank them enough. I also want to say a massive thank you to the shop owners downstairs, they are always so friendly and always remember us. The food hall staff are also so attentive and work so hard and definitely need some praise too. We always look forward to seeing them when we go and just them alone make us want to return. I’m sure this will not be our last holiday there. We can’t wait to return!

Great family hotel on the beach. Rooms - The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable don’t expect luxury it’s built for families if I come again I’d pay for a sea view rather than over looking a busy noisy road. Staff - Excellent all very friendly and go above and beyond special mention to Yuseuf in the restaurant he was incredible has a table for us ready with drinks every day without even asking. Pool - The pools are all freezing it’s ok once you’re in but it’s a bit of a shock to the system, imagine in the height of summer you would want this, maybe some heating during the winter months would help. Indoor pool is excellent really large and sun beds all around, good facilities. Every pool has lifeguards safety is a top priority. Loads of water slides to try out kids loved them. No pool service for drinks although this might not be the case in high season. Hotel - Hotel is spotless everything is kept clean I have been here 10 days not seen one bit of rubbish or a dirty table, the grounds are well kept and the beach is great. Outside Couple of bazaars across the road and a small Bar for the football - you can buy clothes over there but it’s cheaper to go to Alarna Bazzar about 5 mins away they do a free pickup over 650 shops. All in all great time my only negatives are as follows. The smell of smoke in the corridors. Baked Beans are like bullets

Hotel Pegasos Royal is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel has so much to offer - a lot of pools with water slides, tennis courts, archery class, a game centre, SPA with amazing hammam massage, and more. Also, the beach is very close, because the hotel is right next to the seaside. But the best experience here was meeting THE PEOPLE - whole hotel Staff is extraordinary, especially restaurant chef Tarik - he is the kindest person you will ever meet! Tarik and his whole crew are totally amazing people who are always smiling! If you just smile back, I'm sure they'll make you feel special and take care of you during your stay here! I recommend staying at the Pegasos Royal - you'll have the time of your life here!
