There Is a guy named Nevzat that works at the Beach bar and he Is really talkative and friendly!

We have just returned from our second stay at Pegasos Royal, travelling as a family of 7, with our friends and their family of 8 also staying at the hotel. We had an absolutely amazing holiday and honestly cannot fault the place! The hotel was clean, the food was great, and everything we needed was there for us to enjoy a fantastic family holiday. The hotel shop was also very reasonably priced, and the gentleman who worked there was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel itself was brilliant, and we made some amazing memories. However, the biggest highlight of our entire holiday, without a doubt, was our waiter, Mahmut Guzel. ❤️ I genuinely cannot put into words how much this man means to our family. He was our waiter when we last stayed here, and we were so happy to see him again this time. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond for us, just as he did before. He doesn’t just do his job; he makes you feel like family. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and the care, attention and kindness he showed us throughout our stay were unbelievable. My children absolutely adore him and see him like an uncle. He made us feel so welcome, looked after us so well and went out of his way time and time again to make sure we were happy. People like Mahmut are incredibly rare, and he is a genuine credit to Pegasos Royal. He is, by far, the best member of staff we have encountered, and the difference he makes to a family’s holiday is something special. I am not someone who normally returns to the same hotel, as I love trying different places, but I would return to Pegasos Royal purely for Mahmut. In fact, I would happily follow him to another hotel because that is how much he has come to mean to us. He has become part of our family, and leaving him at the end of our holiday was genuinely heartbreaking. Pegasos Royal is incredibly lucky to have him, and I truly hope the hotel recognises just how special he is and how much of a difference he makes to its guests. I also have to mention the lovely lady who makes the pasta! She was good friends with Mahmut and, in turn, with became good friends with us. She was absolutely wonderful, and the pasta was delicious. My fussy-eating children practically lived on it for the whole holiday! 😂 She was so lovely that we even cried together when it was time to say goodbye. That alone shows how special the people working here made our holiday. We arrived as guests and left feeling like we were saying goodbye to family. That is something you simply cannot put a price on. Thank you, Pegasos Royal, for another fantastic holiday, and a massive, heartfelt thank you to Mahmut Guzel and the wonderful pasta lady for making our stay so memorable. ❤️ Mahmut, you are one in a million, and we will most definitely be back to see you!
