AQI Pegasos Royal

We have just very much enjoyed a 10 night stay at the AQI Pegasos Royal in Incekum, Alanya. The hotel is located around 1.5 hours drive from Antalya airport. It is right on the beach and shares its location with the AQI Pegasos Resort and the AQI Pegasos Club Hotels. You can use the bars and pools of the other hotels in the group of three, but not the main restaurants. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds that are well maintained and clean and tidy. The Hotel has a big open reception and all the public spaces are spotlessly clean. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Our room was overlooking the beach and sea, well worth the upgrade fee. It was a family room for 4. A large room with 1 double bed and two single sofa beds, there were sliding doors to separate the double bed from the single sofa bedded area. There was lots of storage and the bathroom was roomy and light. No bath just a huge shower. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We booked through TUI, an all inclusive package. We arrived late after midnight and were given lunch box bags, with fruit, a cheese and salad baguette, water and a cake. Very welcome after our 3.15am arrival. There was so much choice in the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was fresh, plentiful, and hot where cooked. Breakfast consisted of pastries, porridge, fresh and dried fruit, cereals, eggs, omelette, salads, cheese, pancakes, various breads, yoghurt, jams, toasties and more. Lunch always offered a superb selection, the salad and cold meat selection was amazing, the bread buffet always had a wonderful selection of baguettes, rolls and breads. There was always a choice of pastas along with different sauces each day. Fresh fish and meats were grilled each day along with the outside pizza oven serving fresh stone baked pizzas. The dessert buffet was excellent with a huge display of many different desserts from cheesecakes, gateaus to baklava. Dinner in the evenings was very similar to lunch with the exception of themed evenings. The staff working in the restaurant were superb, they were thoughtful, attentive, kind and hard working. Two members of staff that deserve special mention were Hasan, and Tarik. These two gentlemen could not have done any more to make our experience any better. Hassan, remembered us from our last visit in 2025 and always made sure he had a table ready for us, and got our drinks orfer ready without asking. Tarik, our breakfast waiter is a lovely man, he was always smiling and genuinely pleased to welcome us, he always gave 110% and impeccable service every time. He even sorted out bottles of water and snacks for our return journey home. These two staff members are a true credit to The Pegasos Royal and made our holiday one we shall remember fondly, and a hotel we will be returning to. This hotel offers exceptional value for money as all of the services provided are top class. Thankyou for a wonderful holiday at a wonderful hotel.

What a lovely hotel and a great view across the beach to a lovely warm sea. Reception and staff there were vert welcoming and helpful Even though it was 1am they gave us fruit. Sandwiches and drinks. Lovely. There are water stations throughout the whole hotel/s. Lifts - there are 4 in this hotel alone and probably 4 and each of the next 2 sister hotels. Plenty. They are modern, quick and smooth. Rooms. We had 2072 sea view family room. Good amount of space for all 4 of us, shower was superb. Balcony lovely. Beds need upgrading as they were a little uncomfortable but no big deal. Cleaners come every day if needed apart from Tuesdays (eco saving) Food halls - super clean, hot food, microwaves if needed) untold amount of food for all types of people. There will always be something you like. Has standard grub in kids buffet too.. In the outside dining area they couldnt do enough for us. Special shout out to ASKIN and his team. Always smiling and within eye shot if you need anything. What a great team there! Outdoor Pools were lovely and clean, all of them have their own benefits have no complaints at all. Still need to get up a bit early though. We complained about this a few times but to be honest its so hard for hotels to police such a big area. Sunbeds very sturdy, parasols are great and can't be moved very easily which is good because that stops people shifting everything about. Lifeguards here are brilliant, quite strict but perfect really as we saw no slips trips accidents at all. Great free childcare (just kidding) Star of the show IAN super friendly, grab him a water from the bar if you can. He doesnt take his eyes off the pools and any potential incidents. Indoor pool is cooler and quieter so if you get up late just go chill down there for the day. There will be spare beds. SPA - We had loads of massages. Done a good deal for a package, had a luxury pamper to start with for me and wife. Was lush and so professional. Its going to pain me but I've lost the names I wrote down... If I find it I will edit.... I have completely blanked out. To the lady that fixed my shoulder and big man for the deal and also the head and neck massage and the gent that translated the more tricky words I was using. THANK YOU SO MUCH SPA TEAM. Pool Entertainment. Well. Have to start with Abdullah, Muscle Man (forgot name but you will know him) and the rest of the team. Abdullah, star of the show, full of beans, super friendly, really actually cares and listens. Remembers EVERYONES names and could not do enough for you. A real key player in the animation team. Pegasos - look after these guys they are the beating heart of our holidays. Do not take them for granted. Go and have a game of shuffle board its super easy and really fun. You will get to know Abdullah more when there. They work long hours and you find them around in the evening too for chats or dancing or just questions and help. The sea is lush and warm and easy to chill in. About 2-3 minutes from the pools. Taps to rinse your feet on way back Did jet ski and parasailing. Haggle the price. Look out for the drone filming you. You will want the video package. Haggle that down as hard as you can. But it was great. Like a movie... Buddah Bar - great bar for a chill during the day and drinks and entertainment on some evenings. Very clean and fast staff and the bar manager here will look after you. They work so hard. Lounge. Its massive. All different types of seating. Very food quality furniture. Even if there's a queue at the bar you won't be there more than 3-5 minutes and they come to tables when not so busy too. Generous servings. Great and fast staff. Evening entertainment. Stand out shows, Fire show brilliant 👏 , Michael Jackson, stunt show was great and funny too. Lots of dance shows which is fine but did mention maybe a few more tribute bands/acts to break it up a little. 3 different shows on every night across the 3 hotel which rotate and all within 5- 10 gentle stroll. Plenty of toilets on route and shops and bars. To choose from. Toilets super clean everywhere if anything they smell too clean if that makes sense. But better that than dirty. All the shops and reasonably priced which makes a change and you dont get harassed at all or ripped off but you can still haggle a little. Except sun cream which is always expensive. A Bazaar 10 min walk off site to the right and across road. Look for big gaps if crossing road or use bridge or underpass. They got everything you need there. Clothes trainers toothpaste hair gel etc. Haggle hard they love it... Hotel public relations. YAGMUR (Sorry if misspelled) what a lovely caring lady. Asking for feedback all the time and we mentioned a couple of things that got dealt with pretty much immediately. Thank you so much. All in all a very good reasonably priced 2 week all inclusive holiday (if you think its a lot break it down for all the things that are included first) please dont pay 4 star and expect 5. We see so many reviews that expect way too much for the money. Thank you AQI PEGASOS ROYAL for some really great memories, we hope to see you all again some time. Also for the record we very rarely bother to write such a detailed review but this place deserves it.

The room was as requested. Clean and tidy. Rooms were cleaned daily. Towels were changed and the fridge was refilled with water. The hotel itself offered a varied and delicious meal. The pool was safe for children and there were plenty of lifeguards. The pool had direct access to the sea and beach. Among the hotel's entertainment and attractions, archery for adults and children deserves a mention. I personally enjoyed it throughout my stay, and the valuable instruction in this sport provided by the professional staff, especially thanks to Krystyna, sparked my interest in this hobby, which I plan to develop upon my return.

We are currently enjoying our last day here, and what can we say? Everything has been a 10 out of 10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel is absolutely amazing. It is incredibly clean, the food is delicious with a huge variety every day, and the entire atmosphere has made our stay truly special. But what really stands out is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. You can really feel how much effort the whole team puts into making guests feel comfortable. A special shout-out to Tarik, Ata and Yusuf from our restaurant – thank you for taking such great care of us! 🙏 And we especially want to mention the wonderful woman working at the Ice Bar. She does an incredible job! Serving ice cream all day in the summer heat and then continuing to work in the restaurant in the evening – we have so much respect for her dedication and hard work. We truly take our hats off to you! ❤️ This hotel has been a fantastic experience from beginning to end, and we can highly recommend a visit. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We will leave with wonderful memories! ❤️☀️

This hotel has everything you’d expect and need for clean, well run family hotel. Rooms are clean and the aircon is good. The resort itself is immaculate, the food has a good selection of choice and more than enough to find something you like. What made this experience for me was the staff. Huge shout out to Tarik Erbek who not only looked after us every day but went above and beyond! Nothing was too much trouble and everything was always met with a big smile. The children loved your jokes, high 5s and the boats you made them in your break. A big shout out to Fatma and his team at the bar late afternoons and evenings. Big smile, great service and the kids loved their blue lemonades! Thank you for making our experience a great one. We will be back.
