AQI Pegasos Royal

9th visit to this hotel and yet again an amazing stay. Hotel grounds are always clean and tidy, always well kept. The reception staff specially Ibraham are amazing nothing is never any trouble. Olga at the public relations is always very helpful and always smiling. All of the cleaners are lovely and do a very good job. The restaurant staff, Tarik, Erol, Umut, Yusuf and Mahmut always very attentive never had to tell them a drinks order more than once. Always so busy but always very polite and friendly they always make me feel welcome every visit. Adnan at the buddha bar is a credit to the hotel always happy and laughing, keeps the drinks flowing without a doubt. The entertainment team are exceptional at what they do both with adults and children. Ekin, Abdullah, Can and Pedro are amazing there is always something going on and they get people involved and are very welcoming and friendly. Best entertainment at a hotel i have ever stayed at. Saying that the hotel is like my second home and i love every visit and cannot wait until October to visit again.

This was my 8th holiday at Pegasos Royal. 2 weeks in the beginning of May. Weather was not the best this year, but the hotel offers many activities also for a rainy day. Why I keep on coming back....the resort area is excellent having one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean, and the great, friendly staff. I have to mention especially Mr. Adnan from the Buddha Bar. He is so customer service minded, fast and friendly person. I am not a big enthusiast for all incl meals but I must say that here the offering is great, beautifully presented and the menu changes daily. It is nice that the resort has also a pool for adults only, the Relax PooI. I only wish that the staff should keep it in tighter control and guide the families with children to the family pools which are many. And dedicate also the small upper pool for adults only as it is so close to the relax pool. I have already booked a family holiday to this hotel for June, just 4 weeks to go and see the amazing resort and already warm Mediterranean Sea again.

We recently stayed at AQI Pegasos Royal in Turkey and had a fantastic holiday overall. The hotel is in a beautiful beachfront location with a lovely sandy beach and crystal-clear sea, perfect for families and couples alike. The grounds were very clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food selection was excellent with plenty of variety at every meal, and there was always something for everyone to enjoy. The pools, water slides, and entertainment team kept the atmosphere lively throughout the day and evening. Our room was spacious and comfortable, although some parts of the hotel could benefit from a little modernisation. Despite that, the cleanliness and service more than made up for it. The only real downfall was the long transfer time from the airport, which can be quite tiring after travelling, but once we arrived it was definitely worth it. This hotel is especially great for families thanks to the activities, entertainment, and safe beach area. We would definitely return and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing all-inclusive holiday in Turkey.

We had an amazing week in Turkey! The hotel was clean and the food was delicious, but our biggest thanks go to Mahmut. He is an incredibly polite person who can solve any problem in a minute. Super helpful and easy to talk to – you can really see how much he cares about the guests. Mahmut, thank you for taking such great care of us, you're doing an awesome job!
