3rd time here, previously here in 2024 You'll struggle to find a place that ticks everything off in your filters when searching for a holiday, it's actually got everything you need when you get here Pros: - clean, like, super clean - friendly staff - a packed day and evening schedule, if you want to rest, that's fine too, but you're never short of things to do - pools and waterpark are spot on. 3 hotels to choose from, 6 pools available incl. Adult only and indoor pools on top of regular hotel pools and waterpark - ice creams are top notch, not cheap tasting, and stations set out across the beach path - location, right on the private beach, with all inclusive bars scattered everywhere including on the beach - the staff are attentive, the entertainment staff remembered us, are super friendly, fun and genuinely care - food is plentiful and tasty - shops are good on site, but there are markets in close proximity to the hotel - we celebrated a birthday, for a small fee, we had a personalised cake, decorated table and staff sang happy birthday, followed by family bowling downstairs Recommend: - Archery with Krystyna. She's patient and kind and makes archery fun, the late night session is the best - water polo, kubb, darts, shuffleboard and pool games. Get involved, it's easy to make friends as adults as well as just the kids! Abdullah, Elin, Çan were brilliant as always, personable, kind, proper fun for the older teens/adults. They know how to have a laugh Watch out for: - gets a bit repetitive having been 3 times before, nothing has changed, pool games are the same, we had even seen some evening entertainment shows 2 years ago that were the same, HOWEVER, if you've never been before, they're great - the Brits... we spent the first few days with Norwegians, Germans, Turks and they were kind, pleasant, patient. In our last week, the Brits arrived. Impatient, loud and swearing in front of children, greedy and wasteful with buffet food, can't handle the beer and drink to excess, not shy to demand everyone speaks English, a little racist at times e.g. one family were overly celebratory that we were English when they arrived at their sunbeds because they didn't want to sit near foreigners - not our kind of people tbh, punches thrown one night in front of the entertainment area with kids around (happened 2 years ago around the pool too) and some of the mid-teens worked out that if they "lost" their wristbands, they could ask for adult bands without reception checking, then got wasted every night and acted up with it Of course this only applies to a minority of people Ignoring the British behaviour which the hotel can't control (except for the wristband checks, and please do put controls in), this is a great place we'd still go back to. Spoiled by the minority as all places are, the majority of people made it a great holiday for most of the 10 nights we were there
Holiday for family of 4 - 48, 46, 16 and 9 year olds. Excellent location on a sandy beach. Transfer 2 hours but went quickly & smoothly (TUI). Atmosphere super chill and friendly. Room we stayed in was 2 bed family suite with a shared bathroom. Clean, quiet and functional. We were not disturbed once. Weak points small balcony and small parents room. A/C not the greatest but ok. Cleaning, mini fridge all good every day. The hotel sits on a beautiful sandy beach, great for kids. The resort itself is extensive with lots of choice of things to do. Service best we have had in Turkey, other 2 hotels were 5 stars but not as good as this hotel. Special mention to Yusuf at the restaurant, Adnan at the Buddha Bar and the staff at the lounge bar all lovely. Also lifeguards keep the pool/beach safe. There is great wee water park. Pool complexes are super for all ages. Restaurant buffet super. I loved the food. Hard to fault this place. If you are on the fence, I’d go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed for ten nights with our children and grandchildren (aged 7 and 12). The sea view family rooms were very well equipped and furnished. Everything was very clean and the housekeeper (Meryem) was excellent. The pool was just right with its three sizes of slide and free access to the pools and slides in the other two linked hotels was a real bonus. The grandchildren loved it. The evening entertainment was also of a high standard and varied with access to the whole programme of daytime and evening events ancross all three hotels on the site. The food was some of the best all inclusive we’ve had and the service was excellent, with special mention to Erkam, who made sure we always had everything we needed including drinks top ups; and Tarik ,who was not just very attentive but went the extra mile by sorting lager tables for us to sit together as a family and who entertained the grandchildren with his paper-folding skills. The drinks were also very good quality for an all inclusive and the bar staff were friendly. Special mention for Zeynep who was particularly kind and friendly, consistently remembered our drinks orders and always had a big smile to greet us.
Really great hotel The room was big and the bathroom was also good. The waiters were amazing and Yusuf was the best waiter. The food was also great. There were a lot of activities that were led by great people like Yasine and Can. They made the atmosphere at every activity the best. It's in a perfect location because there are a lot of shops across the street, but it was still very quiet. The facilities were very clean all the time. All together good value for the price, would definitely stay again.
