I have stayed in many hotels in Turkey and never left a review. However…, this one needs an honest review. Pool is amazing for the kids, could do with a lick of paint to brighten it up. People start to reserve beds from 6am so don’t bother turning your work alarm off as you will need it just to get a bed. Rooms very basic and our wardrobe is covered just by a curtain. Kids beds in the front room are 2 single sofa beds. Surely these could have just been single beds? Plenty of food choices but nothing to put a meal together. Actually lost weight on holiday which is a bonus. Would I return? Nope.

Just got back from 10 days here. Food was really good at all the restaurants,we would go to the main restaurant for breakfast and evening meals and use the navigator snack bar in the afternoon all good variety of foods(they do theme night in the main restaurant. We also had a al la carte at the Italian was really good. The hotel grounds were spotless which us a compliment to the staff there they all work constantly. The only thing we found a little frustrating was the evening entertainment there didn't seem much variety other than dance act but that's just my opinion. My wife and son loved it which is a bonus a good holiday to be fair

Stayed for 7 nights in early July with a mixed experience. Evening entertainment some nights was outstanding, family rooms were spacious and with all amenities you would want. Service at bars and restaurants was without a smile more often than not. Lifeguards were pleasant and on the ball. Restaurant was peculiar to say the least, every mealtime there was the smashing of plates ot be heard and every mealtime there was a train of people leaving the restaurant with plates of food to eat in their room or elsewhere. I had stomach upset on last day but my young son arrived home with a stomach upset which lasted much longer at >5 days, an issue which was quickly dismissed by TUI when I advised we had only sought assistance from 101 and Pharmacist and not GP or A&E. All in all a resort which has some strengths but not a resort we will be returning to.

We have been to Pegasos 3 times before with our 2 children and this time, 10 years later we came back as just us as we've always had an amazing time. The staff are always helpful and friendly and constantly tidying and cleaning the areas. The food is great. There is so much on offer, you could NEVER say you went hungry. We love the beach and the watermark then you have a variety of things to do. The chip van near the ice cream hut is a great idea if you just want a little snack. The rooms are spacious and kept clean and we had a problem with the safe, our fault and they came straightaway to sort it. The bar staff, particularly outside, mainly because that's where we spent most of our time, were amazing. They couldn't do enough, particularly Ali Tutuk. We have known him for a very long time now, ever since our first trip back in 2014 roughly and he can never do enough. He is so friendly and does the most amazing cocktails. His staff are there instantly to look after the guests and help in anyway and always happy to chat and be friendly and make sure you are ok. Out first ever trip here was October 2013, I think, and there was a horrific storm and the holiday was a wipe out but the staff remained calm and friendly and always happy to help. The evening entertainment is great. A mix for all, including the younger ones. The pool games are a lot of fun. The only one fail is the entertainment team, they didn't interact with the guests to ask if they wanted to do the darts and volley ball and other games and really try to get them up beat and join in. That's one change we have noticed since our last visit. You could go to the hut by the pool and it said darts would start at 10 so you went there and no one was there till about 11am. My children loved the entertainment team and so did the hubby lol. That bit had really changed. 10am weekday mornings they were on the main stage in the pool with the music full blast and did the song and dance and practically everyone joined in. We always tell our children to bring their children here as they will love it.

Very disappointed especially the money we paid. At first everything looked great, pools looked great beach looked nice slides are great. But the amount of guests staying at this hotel is unbelievable, sunbed situation even though there are loads there they are crammed so tight together you can’t get a fag paper between them. And make sure you are up at 5:30 otherwise you won’t get one. Cleanliness of the whole resort was not up to scratch. From top to bottom, rooms dated and dirty, poolside not clean at all, food, drinks general waste all left around everywhere including the beach. The pool was closed 4 times during our 11 night stay as people kept pooping in there. Meal time, probably the worst thing about the hotel, like a cattle market at the main restaurant queuing at every station and the Food was terrible I’m not fussy at all but I was struggling to find something to eat, same every night with whatever meat left over thrown in to make a casserole it seemed. The bar staff try their best but they are rushed off their feet with the amount of guests staying here. The cocktails are good, but beer certainly isn’t efes as it’s shown on the pumps. The entertainment is probably the best part of the hotel (even though the one night the speaker did catch on fire) with the shows in amphitheatre and mini disco but again dance floor packed and can’t get seats for the shows, you then get people just stood in front of everyone it’s like you are at a football match, with huge queues again to get drinks. The blocks that the rooms are situated reminded me of Butlins very tatty not what you would expect from a 4star resort. All in all a very sorry state of affairs I certainly wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel. Tui should hang their heads in shame for the amount they charge for this holiday.
