AQI Pegasos World

Great outside with many pools. 5/5 The food not that exciting and the beverages. Our room was quite poor. Standard 3/5. Talked to guests and the rooms seems to differ alot. Most got good rooms. Hard to know what to expect.

Overall me and the kids had a brilliant time. The food was good was a bit of variety with main meals, desserts were a bit too soft for my liking. PLENTY of seating. The waterpark was the main attraction. The room (family suite with limited sae view) was brilliant. The staff on reception were ok i found a couple to be rude but most of them were very helpful. The staff around the whole complex were better mannered.

Hotel is massive, the weather was 49 degrees when we went which made it difficult. Once you have done the waterslides you have done them, they get boring after 3 goes. There was no where to sit that was decent, I was getting up at half 6 to get reasonable seats i dread to think what time others were up before me to get the best seats. It was just enormous. Paragliding was unreal we loved it. Staff were ok some nice some rude. We wouldn't go again but its worth a go.

Stayed here for 14 days in july. 6 people. 2 rooms. One in block 2, in floor 2, no view to the pool. The other one in block 5 with view to the pool. Arrived after midnight at the hotel, the busride was about 2 h. (Regret not booking a taxi for 50 euros, did so from the hotel to airport). The lobby gave a good impression, big and clean. We got a hot dog bread with cheese and butter after checking in. The room on the other hand in block 2 i would say was a three star. In block 5, a four star. Newer, cleaner and it also had a better and bigger porch. View towards the pool and restaurants/main building. Same distance to the restaurant though. The food was good, alot of choices for young and old. Though crowded and there should have been lines where to go, people were everywhere, chaotic. Be there when it opens to avoid the worst pressure. You get one free choice every week you stay at the hotel from their own restaurant (Italian, Asian, and Turkish cuisine). We went for italian and turkish. It was okey, but i would have chosen to go out instead if i had to choose again. The buffee had a new theme every dag, repeating every week. The pool was not the cleanest, i regret putting swimming googles. Two times the pool (childrens pool one or two time and main pool one time) was closed because of poo. We swam in the sea the next few days.. The staff was friendly. Prices in the shops at the hotel are high. Go to a shopping mall and find a grocery store, much much cheaper. It is one euro pr person by bus. The hairdresser was also much more expensive than back home. We took pictures at the hotel, you have to buy at least 20 pictures, which cost 200 euros. Something i thought was cheap, though when i came home i saw the quality wasnt all that. A bit disappointing. We had troubles finding sunbeds, people go out and put towels on the best sunbeds in the middle of the night. Some regulars occupied the beds for hours, some could remain empty until the afternoon. The staff never did anything about it. Really annoying. People with children over 6-7 should be priority when it came to the sunbeds. You dont have to bring a cup with you from home for drinks (buy one at the shopping mall, cheap). Though a portable drink carrier from ebay or amazon can be smart, if you are more than two person. (Search for: Foldable plastic cup holder, reusable cup holder carrier with handle.) Also, swimming googles, floating mattress ++. much cheaper at the supermarked at the mall. The spa i can recommend, we took a treatment for an hour. We also rented the "bungalow" by the beach with drinks and nuts/fruits. That was a good experience. Id recommend taking a couple of days there. There is alot to do for the kids, so they will not be bored. All in all id give our stay a 4- out of 6, but will probably not go again. I can also add that the best restaurant we tried outside the hotel was "Sky Safran", amazing food! The guys there were so friendly and kind.

We stayed at AQI Pegasos World with our children at the end of October 2025 and we were very satisfied overall. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the environment feels pleasant and welcoming. The main highlight is the huge pool and the water park, which the kids absolutely loved and which kept us entertained throughout the stay. The food selection was very large, although some dishes were repeated, there was always something suitable for everyone. The cocktails at the bars were a bit average, but still drinkable. A big plus is the beautiful, well-kept hotel beach located directly at the resort, which is also suitable for small children thanks to its gentle entrance into the sea. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this hotel especially to families with children.
