AQI Pegasos World

We traveled here for 11 nights in July/ August and return home tomorrow. I will start by saying this review is our opinion as a family and does not mean others wouldn’t rate this higher or lower. Ill start with the positives - 1. The hotel looks after the grounds and infrastructure very well, all the paths are clean and maintained, groundskeepers are working every single day to keep it looking great. 2. From 10:00 - 00:30 there’s virtually always food or drinks available if you want them 3. Water slide and splash park are great, good variety of rides for all ages and a shaded splash park for younger kids was great too (I just wish parents could follow the rules and put swim nappies on babies, several times they didn’t which caused the splash park to be closed for 8+ hours to be cleaned and ruined it for lots of families with babies) That being said, we did experience some negatives which would likely put us off returning to this hotel. 1. The pools are quite dirty, if you use any goggles and look under the water there’s a lot of debris floating around and on most nights we don’t see any pool cleaning in effect, which given other 4 star resorts we’ve stayed at, was quite poor and quite a few people have said they’ve returned with ear infections. 2. They have placed the “free” ice cream station tactically out of the way and the paid stand right next to the pool, which I understand why as a business, but means majority of people don’t bother as the ice cream has fully melted by the time you get back to your sunbed / family 3. Poor air conditioning in rooms and bars, we have visited turkey in July and August in other hotels and it’s largely unbearable to sit outside in the evenings due to the heat and humidity, the AC is so poor here that everyone is dripping with sweat even in the internal bars, which we had to sit on the upper levels as no seats below and there is no AC at all upstairs 4. The buffet restaurant isn’t great, whilst I did find something to eat each night, I found it hard compared with other resorts that offered more of a variety, even the themed nights don’t change the offering vastly either 5. The fridge in your room is warm and does not keep anything cool at all, we traveled with a baby and milk was constantly being spoiled and any chocolate stored in the fridge melted to liquid, this is the same in my sisters room and other families mentioned this too 6. Kids disco is quite lacking, each night the same performance, nothing changes all the same songs and kids got bored after day 3, something at other resorts never happened either 7. Distinct lack of snacks - most 4/5 star resorts I’ve stayed at have had snack bars for things like waffles, crepes, pastries l, ice cream available through the day, they have a navigator bar open from 11:30-4 I believe, which offers salad, pasta and grilled meats but largely the same food each day and no desert offered With all of the above, it’s unlikely we would come back again, but still had a good time here.

The hotel, staff and all inclusive concept is good. Clean, tidy, excellent entertainment, great kids club/activities and amazing quality food. Rooms are fine and location is good you can get a taxi to the markets and town roughly £15. Clothes, shoes and bag shops are fairly priced inside the hotel. However.. We travelled with an infant and needed a kettle to make their milk, the hotel wanted to charge us £3 a day (we were here for 10 days) We felt this exploited us as parents for something our baby has no choice in and we already paid for their stay in the hotel. They need their milk and this should be available to all inclusive guests travelling with an infant. You don’t charge guests for water why are you charging parents to boil water for their baby. I understand for cups of tea but NOT for an infant, please review this as it was upsetting and an inconvenience to keep going to the restaurant for boiling water multiple times a day. The 3rd party shops and amusements are extortionately priced. Advice to parents travelling with infants and children is to pack ALL essentials (nappies, wipes, milk, baby food, baby snacks, swim nappies, dummies, sun lotions etc) No wonder there are babies pooing in the pools all day, the swim nappies are too expensive to buy. I think the hotel owners need to discuss a cap on the prices with the shop downstairs because it’s making guests very annoyed. A packet of biscuits is £10!!! Also pack your own swim floats and pool toys unless you want to pay £50+ for a swim ring or float. Other than those negative points we would probably come again because there was so much to do for the kids, they were entertained everyday and the all inclusive was good. We know for next time to pack essentials

We have just returned from an amazing holiday and couldn't be happier with our choice! Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to give it the highest possible rating. Here are the main highlights that made our trip so special: - Food & Drinks: The food was outstanding and incredibly varied every single day. Having a full Beach Bar included in the All-Inclusive package was a massive bonus. - Water & Hydration: Hydration was never an issue — there were water dispensers everywhere around the resort, and the housekeeping team replenished bottled water in our room daily. - Beach & Pools: The hotel's private beach was clean with plenty of sunbeds available. The pool area is huge, featuring fantastic shallow zones for toddlers at both the main pool and the aquapark. Speaking of the aquapark – the waterslides were absolutely breathtaking! - Family Suite: Our room was exactly as described. The Family Suite had a physical door separating the two rooms, which was a huge plus for us as a family (we’ve experienced soft dividers/screens in other hotels before, so a real door was much appreciated). Also we had a nicely side-located room where we didn't hear any noises coming from the evening shows, which is good if your kids getting to sleep early - Safety & Eco-Friendliness: We were very impressed by the huge number of lifeguards present at the pools, the aquapark, and down at the beach. Also, the hotel’s eco-friendly approach was noticeable at every step. - Sports & Activities: A massive shutout for the sports activities, especially the daily beach volleyball games! The organizer was fantastic — every single day he made sure the sand was cooled down before we played, provided top-quality equipment (net, ball, court), and even brought us cold lemonade and fresh ayran between sets. Pure perfection! Big plus also for the World Cup games organized in two fan zones, with each match on the big screen - Location & Staff: Getting around was super easy thanks to excellent dolmuş (local bus) connections right to Side, Manavgat, and the local bazaar. Above all, the staff members — from housekeeping and bartenders to reception and the animation team — were always available, extremely helpful, and friendly. Minor constructive feedback for the management: (These small points didn't impact our overall amazing experience at all, but could be helpful for future improvements) - Mosquitoes: Due to the proximity to the Manavgat river, there were quite a few mosquitoes. Perhaps expanding the mosquito spraying/pest control efforts around the grounds would help. - Sunbed reservation policy: It would be great if the hotel enforced a clearer rotation rule for sunbeds at the main pool. We noticed that some front-row loungers remained "reserved" with towels all day without anyone actually using them. - On-site shops: The prices at the shops inside the hotel were drastically inflated (e.g., baby diapers were over 200% more expensive than at a random shop at the bazaar just 1.5 km away) and items lacked price tags, so you had to ask for everything. I’d advise other guests to do their shopping outside the resort. - The coffee machine (the one using beans) should be available also at the main restaurant. Currently you can take a real coffee everywhere, the reception, the beach bar, every other bar, but for some reason not in the main restaurant, where only the liquid concentrate coffee machine is available. All in all, it was a wonderful holiday and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families! We would love to come back

The hotel is impressive with great facilities

Location is perfect, close to Side( just at the entrance there is bus stop and also taxi) and right close to the beach. The room itself can be improved a bit…, we are four people and there is not really enough space for clothes and the bathroom is pretty small…I mean, for a 5 stars hotel we could expect a bit more premium feeling, but, except that, it is very clean,everywhere. Atmosphere is perfect for families, fun and entertainment with a lot of different options. Mariana, from entertainment team is great… stretching in the morning, acqua gym and Latino cardio my favorite “classes”🤩🤩. Food very good and with a lot of options everyday. Only thing to complain about…at 7:30 in the morning almost all sunbeds as occupied 🫤
