An absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a warm, professional team that was always ready to help. The food was extraordinary—delicious, fresh, and incredibly varied, with plenty of options to suit every taste. A special mention goes to Halil, the receptionist, for his kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. I would also like to congratulate the entire hotel team, who all contributed to making our stay truly enjoyable. I would be delighted to return and highly recommend this hotel!

We are currently enjoying our holiday at Arum Barut Collection, and everything has been absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we have loved the wonderful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and, most importantly, the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The food and meals are fantastic, with a great variety and excellent quality. Everything is well organised, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout the hotel. In our opinion, this is one of the best — if not the best — hotels in Side. We are having a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing and enjoyable stay. A special thank you to Angela from the gym, who is always so friendly, kind and helpful. She always has a smile and genuinely tries to help whenever we need anything. Took our 2 children here and parents for 10 days holiday. Absolutely loved it. Our room was one of the nicest rooms we've ever had, 2 bedrooms, nice spacious hallway, great bathroom. Hotel food was great, lovely selection, pizzas could have been better (kids like a pizza) but otherwise brilliant. Love cook pasta station was a winner. Entertainment was a very high standard, thoroughly enjoyed the shows and foam parties around the pool. Loved the beach bar, Alper, Serkan, Mehmet and all the gents were brilliant. Super friendly, very attentive, always going the extra mile. Already looking at going back next year. Well done!!!

Overall very good, food is fantastic , staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The whole hotel is very clean The only negative comment I would make is that they need to turn the volume down on the music

The hotel is beautifully maintained. The staff in whatever capacity are friendly and attentive. Food is delicious wherever you eat. Just can't fault this hotel which is why this is our second visit
