Myself and my family had yet a fantastic holiday for the 3rd time at the arum barut collection. 11 days of luxury staff food atmosphere was amazing as always couldn't do enough for my family an Myself can't wait to return next year thanks Arum Barut Collection

Great hotel set in lovely grounds. We are here as I write this and eveything has been lovely. The food in the main dining restaurant,and all 3 Al La Carte restaurants has been superb on each and every visit. The staff are all very friendly and polite and the service has been first class. Guest relations have been fantastic in arranging a room upgrade and also bookings for the restaurants in advance. We haven't had any problems booking any restaurants we wanted to visit. Special thanks to Cagla in Guest Relations for all the help both before and during our stay. We came for a special birthday celebration and the hotel provided Champagne in our room, and also presented a lovely birthday cake in the Restaurant we went to in the evening. The table was also decorated with flower petals which was a really lovely gesture. All in all we've had a lovely holiday and our thanks goes out to all the Staff and Managers who made us feel special throughout our stay. Many Thanks once again, and im sure we will be back in the not to distant future.

Having been to Turkey many times this was our first stay at the Arum Barut Collection, and we were not disappointed. We booked based on the reviews about the hotel being clean, excellent service and good quality food. This was certainly our experience when we arrived and for the whole holiday. Let's start with the hotel staff. Without exception everyone of them was friendly, happy and went over and above to make your holiday enjoyable. Service was consistent and you always got what you asked for with a smile. A special mention must go to the pool bar team. My youngest daughter struck up a great friendship with Furkan K (see photo) and the rest of the team including Umut K and Ali K were all excellent. They made fantastic coffees in the morning and then onto the cocktails (at around 11.00am for us!), always happy to help, have a conversation and are a credit to the hotel. This is the same for all the teams in all the restaurants, bars, reception, guest services and the cleaning team. Can't fault them at all. The food quality and choice in the hotel is amazing. The main buffet restaurant is set out really well, and even at the peak time we went, never felt overcrowded or difficult to get what you wanted. Such a wide choice and prepared really well. Breakfast omelettes always a treat and the lady who cooks the pancakes and eggs (sorry didn't remember her name) was the happiest lady I've ever met. Finally the hotel itself. Our accommodation was a two bedroom family room. Loads of storage, comfy beds, modern, clean with a good sized bathroom and huge walk in shower. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and I could not find one thing that required attention. Even the room number, which was on a plaque with a ridge on top was dust free, I know as I ran my finger over it! ; ) It was spotless everywhere throughout the whole complex. This included all pools, bars, restaurants, walkways, grass, trees etc, I think you get the point. The hotel, modern, not too big, looks impressive and is easy to walk around. Seriously there is nothing not to like in our experience. So if you've not been to a Barut hotel before then definitely try this one, you won't regret it.

Delighted to return for the 4th time to this excellent hotel. Consistently high quality across the board, from arrival through to departure. Hotel, grounds and facilities maintained to a high standard.All kept very clean. ‘ Full’ at end of August, but never felt overcrowded. Is a ‘Family’ resort, so be aware of children of all ages! Friendly, responsive staff. Particular mentions for Mustafa Dali, and Celen, who took excellent care of us at Breakfast and for Dinner. Shop on site is relaxed and avoids the hassle elsewhere! Prices have ratcheted up significantly from when we first stayed, so there is now better value elsewhere.
