Would give more stars if I could. Absolutely brilliant hotel. Been to Turkey several times and my favourite hotel yet. A la cartes were excellent. Hard to say which was favourite as all superb. Branded drinks and restaurants where you get great service. Room was fantastic with big comfortable bed. Pool area was huge and really comfortable sun loungers. On the beach with a pier too get in the sea. 24 hour bar was stunning and the beach bar a great place to sit out at night. Short walk to the shops either by going along the promenade or via the front and going left or right. Loads going on daily. Some great shows, light show round the pool, foam party, darts, archery. WiFi works everywhere really well, apparently the hairdryer is really good too 🤣 Probably missed loads but can't say enough positive things. ITS OUTSTANDING!!! 😎😎😎

The Arum Barut is a wonderful hotel offering fantastic food and even better staff. A special mention to Azime, Ela and Emre for their above and beyond attention throughout our stay. We loved the beach but if the pool is your thing be prepared to get up early for a sunbed.

We returned from an absolutely amazing stay at the Arum Barut Collection 3 weeks ago and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and every member of staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. The staff always had a smile on their faces, were happy to help, and worked tirelessly every day to ensure guests had the best possible experience. What really stood out were the thoughtful personal touches. The restaurant staff even remembered my drink order every morning at breakfast, which was such a lovely gesture and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The entertainment team was fantastic, with excellent shows every evening and a great variety of daily activities that kept everyone entertained. There was always something to do, and the atmosphere around the resort was wonderful. The entire team consistently went above and beyond, and their dedication did not go unnoticed. We are so impressed with every aspect of our stay and have made memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to everyone at Arum Barut Collection for such a wonderful holiday and a special shout out to Ugur and Civan who went above and beyond and to look after us. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional holiday experience. Thank you once again.

We were originally due to spend 24 nights in Dubai, but unfortunately our trip was cancelled after the Foreign Office advised against travel because of the conflict in the Middle East. With our plans suddenly changing, we needed to find an alternative holiday. Having visited Turkey in 2012 and 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed it, we decided to return. I came across Arum Barut on the British Airways website, then headed over to TripAdvisor. After reading the outstanding five-star reviews, we decided to book – and we're so pleased we did. We arrived at the hotel just before 11pm. Check-in was quick, friendly and efficient, and we were immediately offered food in the buffet restaurant, which was a lovely touch after a long day of travelling. Our luggage was delivered to our room promptly, and we were delighted with our Premium Suite with a Side Sea View. It was spacious, beautifully presented and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The food throughout the hotel was excellent. We didn't even feel the need to visit any of the à la carte restaurants because the buffet was so good, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. At lunchtime we nearly always went to Bonsai, where the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every time we arrived they greeted us with smiles and waves, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. The Pool Bar team deserve a special mention. They work incredibly hard, always serving drinks with a smile and taking the time to chat despite being so busy. It was clear they genuinely enjoy their jobs and take pride in looking after guests. A huge thank you to Furkan K, Mustafa D, AKK and Umut (see photo of the card). They nicknamed my husband "Black Ninja" and me "White Ninja" because of the insulated bottles we carried our drinks in! My husband loved visiting the bar, chatting with the team and discussing the Football World Cup. Sorry, Turkey! The entertainment was varied and wasn't simply repeated on a seven-day cycle like many hotels, which kept things fresh throughout our stay. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, and the 7.30am rule for reserving them worked really well. Another thing that really impressed us was the way the hotel cares for the resident cats. They have a dedicated area with feeding stations, fresh water and little cat houses. It was genuinely lovely to see how well they are looked after. Looking back over our holiday, my husband initially rated the hotel 8 out of 10 during the first few days. However, as we settled into each week, we completely relaxed and enjoying the wonderful atmosphere, that score became a definite 10 out of 10. The hotel is exceptionally well managed, beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Would we return? Without a moment's hesitation – absolutely. In fact, we're already talking about trying to fit in another visit in October if we can. Thank you to everyone at Arum Barut for giving us such a wonderful holiday. You turned what could have been a disappointing change of plans into one of our most enjoyable holidays, and we can't wait to return.

Had an amazing time on our family holiday this June/July. The staff were all incredibly hardworking and friendly, but I especially wanted to mention Mustafa, the bartender at the beach bar. He was always so sweet, attentive, and welcoming despite being so young. He worked incredibly hard, always had a smile on his face, and went out of his way to create new mocktails for me, each one beautifully presented and made with so much care. He truly made our holiday extra special. He is a real credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for his excellent service. I would also like to give a special mention to George, who organised the water sports. He was so kind, helpful, and genuinely lovely to talk to. He was always friendly, approachable, and always happy to help whenever we had questions. He made our experience even better and is a wonderful asset to the team. I would also like to give a special mention to Mustafa from the breakfast and pool bar. His service was absolutely incredible and it was a pleasure to see him every day. He had amazing attention to detail, always remembered the little things, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His friendly attitude and fantastic service truly enhanced our experience and made our holiday even more enjoyable. He deserves recognition for the outstanding job he does. Overall amazing holiday made even more special my the staff.
