Arum Barut Collection

This was our 3rd time to this hotel and it never disappoints. The staff, service, food and entertainment are 5 star. A special mention must go to Mustafa Dali. This guy works his absolute socks off to make sure the guests feel so well looked after. He is an absolute credit to the hotel. Ali who works on the pool bar during the day also deserves a mention. We are thinking of returning again this October. To top things off. I realised when I got to the airport on was home that I had left a sentimental piece of jewellery in the one the drawers in our room. We called the hotel and within 10 mins they had called back to say they have found it and secured the jewellery and to email them with shipping details.

We have just returned from our fifth visit to the Arum Barut Collection and this hotel continues to exceed expectations with exceptional facilities, spotless everywhere and beautiful grounds. The staff at this hotel are what makes the Arum Barut Collection so special. We were made to feel like VIPs, like friends and this is the reason we continue to return each year. The highlight for us each day was the interaction with the pool bar team, Ali Kemal, Umut, Ferhart, Furkan and Mustafa. Thank you guys, your level of service and engagement with us was fantastic and so enjoyable. Boccia was great fun twice a day with Tolga from animation, thank you for your expert coaching and making the sessions such fun whilst teaching me Turkish! The Spa offers wonderful massages and Alper the Manager can offer great advice with him and the staff providing a wonderful experience, I recommend a visit. The Begonya Beach Club remains one of our favourite spots for afternoon drinks and evening cocktails, excellent service from Serkan with his impressive cocktail knowledge, thanks for the friendship you delivered. Special thanks to Emre for looking after us as usual with a very nice surprise which surpassed expectations and checking in with us regularly to ensure everything was ok. The recently refurbished Palm restaurant is matched with the quality and selection of food, which in our opinion has improved this year. Asian night was a step up from previous years and was incredible. Thank you Bekir Pehlivan. As I mentioned, the staff are wonderful and a special thank you to Omer Gencer, Ayse Ekinci, Mustafa, Arif Ari, Fadine, Bayram Sengul, Oguz Ozturk and Arif Ali. Finally, massive appreciation for Umut, fantastic bar tender with great humour, friendship and perfection, we enjoyed the daily 3pm cocktails, thank you. We will be back soon. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with nothing but warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but never have I experienced one that is so exceptionally well run and thoughtfully put together. Every member of staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The main buffet restaurant was absolutely out of this world. The variety and quality of the food were remarkable, with an almost endless selection of fresh dishes, international cuisine, and some of the best desserts I’ve ever had at a hotel. Every meal felt like a special occasion. The outdoor areas are stunning, with beautiful pools, direct access to the sea, and multiple restaurants and bars. No matter where you were, there was always fantastic food and drinks available, creating such a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The room service was equally impressive. We ordered food at around 11:45 p.m., and it arrived surprisingly quickly. The quality of the food and the service were both excellent. What truly sets Arum Barut apart, however, is the people. Every interaction was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is welcoming, friendly, and makes you feel at home from the very beginning. This was an unforgettable stay, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Arum Barut to anyone looking for an exceptional holiday in Antalya. I can’t wait to return.

This was our third stay at the Arum Barut Collection, and it was just as wonderful as ever. This hotel is perfect for our family; we always find everything we need and more. Food The variety and quality of the food are fantastic! The themed nights are a highlight, with the Asian night being our favorite. The Asian restaurant surpassed our expectations, and the à la carte international menu featured an exceptional steak. Drinks The selection of drinks is impressive, ranging from several 13-year-old whiskeys to top-tier spirits. There are also a few types of beer, including Efes, Miller, and Becks! Service What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. Here are a few staff members who made our stay unforgettable: • Mustafa Dali: Working in the buffet breakfast and pool bar, Mustafa goes above and beyond. He greets everyone warmly, making each interaction personal and special. He must walk 30,000 steps daily, and he’s an incredible asset to the team—definitely deserving of a promotion! • Gazi: This friendly face at the pool and lounge bars crafts the best cocktails and always takes the time to say hello. • Ferhat and Umut: Ferhat, the boss, always makes it a point to greet guests, while Umut takes immense pride in making outstanding coffee. • Emre: The guest relations manager goes out of his way to connect with all guests, making our kids feel particularly special. • Egg Lady: Always cheerful and efficient during breakfast, she greets everyone with a smile. • Chiko and Julia: The team at the kids club made a real effort to engage our children. While the kids club isn’t the largest, it was perfect for us, and our kids enjoyed their time there. • Mehmet, Arif, and Hasan: These hardworking staff members at the beach restaurant provided great service, even in the heat. Overall, our experience at Arum Barut Collection was exceptional. We can’t wait to return!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely resort, loads of activities to do nearby. Excellent breakfast spread. I want to give a special mention to the staff members Hatice and Suat - they are fantastic hosts, genuinely warm, friendly and constantly helpful.
