Arycanda Kirman Premium

Great experience at Arycanda Kirman Premium in Alanya. The atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly, with a good range of amenities for both adults and children. The rooms and hotel areas were clean, and the overall service was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff throughout the stay. There was a large variety of good-quality food, so it was easy to find something for everyone. Overall, it offered very good value for money and made for a comfortable, enjoyable holiday.

The experience here was amazing. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and beautiful, and I honestly had the perfect vacation. Everyone working here was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming.

We’ve just got back from our stay here and overall we had a good holiday, but there are definitely a few things worth pointing out for anyone considering booking. First of all, the staff are a real credit to the hotel. Deniz from the entertainment team was by far the standout — a genuinely nice guy who works incredibly hard and makes a real effort with guests. He remembers names, gets everyone involved, and just brings a great atmosphere to the place. Ugur also deserves a big mention. He couldn’t do enough for us throughout the stay and was always on hand to help with anything we needed. Murat at the beach bar was great as well — always friendly and even had a drink ready for me most times I walked over, which was a nice touch. Erkan in the restaurant/snack bar and Yaroslav at reception were both helpful and professional too. The staff in general are what make this hotel. For families, there are definitely positives. The fun lounge is brilliant for kids with bowling, PS5, Xbox, pool tables and more — all free to use. The baby equipment service is also really helpful and takes a lot of stress out of travelling with little ones. However, there are a few downsides that need mentioning. The hotel is around an hour and a half from the airport, which does feel quite long, especially with kids after a flight. It’s something to be aware of when booking. The outdoor pools were freezing. In the summer this probably wouldn’t be an issue, but in April they were very cold and not very enjoyable to use. The food was probably the biggest letdown. While there’s always something available, it does get very repetitive and samey. Lunch in the main restaurant isn’t open, and instead you’re limited to things like burgers, pizza, fried chicken and salad options. For fussy eaters, especially children, the choice in the main restaurant felt quite limited. Desserts were also quite a small selection compared to what you’d expect. One thing that really stood out — and not in a good way — was the number of cats roaming freely around the hotel, including inside the main restaurant. There are even beds set up for them near the beach bar, so it’s clearly encouraged. Personally, I’ve never seen this in a 5-star hotel before and it wasn’t something we were comfortable with, especially around food areas. Overall, we did enjoy parts of the holiday, mainly thanks to the staff and the family-friendly facilities. But the food, distance from the airport, cold pools, and the situation with the cats do take away from the experience. It’s a decent hotel, but not quite at the level you’d expect from a 5-star, in our opinion

The hotel and its services exceeded our expectations. The children’s activities and services were very well thought out. The food was good overall, with plenty of options. This could definitely be our hotel again on our next trip to Turkey!
