We have just returned from a fantastic week at the hotel and wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. Whilst this isn't the biggest resort we've ever stayed in, what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in service, care and attention to guests. We have also stayed in places where the food has been of slightly better quality and variety - but we got through the week with happy tummies. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and there was more than enough variety in activities, entertainment and facilities to keep our family happy for the entire week. A special mention must go to some outstanding members of staff: Karina and Gulbahar in the Pinio Bar, who were always incredibly warm, welcoming and kind. They genuinely made us feel at home and always greeted us with a smile. Yunus in the restaurant, whose hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Kahn, the Guest Relations Manager, who was attentive, professional and genuinely cared - dealing with an issue we had with our first room and upgrading us. Denis from the entertainment team, who seemed to be everywhere! From daytime activities through to the evening entertainment, he worked tirelessly to create a fun atmosphere and keep guests engaged. We travelled with our two seven-year-old boys and they absolutely loved the holiday. The staff were wonderful with children and there was always something for them to do. What stood out most was the genuine care shown by the team. You can have beautiful facilities anywhere, but it's the people who make a holiday memorable, and the people at this hotel are. Thank you all for a wonderful week. We would happily recommend this hotel to families.

The hotel has several significant advantages for families with small children, including those requiring a gluten-free diet: the facility is compact and close to everything. There's a wonderful water park for children and another for older children and adults. There's a kids' club with a rich activity program. And most importantly, the guest relations are helpful, and the chefs prepare a variety of delicious gluten-free dishes: pancakes, pizza, cakes, pasta, and desserts. You can also count on the chef's help in determining which dishes in the main restaurant are gluten-free.

We’ve just spent a great week here as a family of nine. Hotel overall is fantastic, with a good choice of food and drink options. Rooms are good, would recommend a family room which having the separate bedroom for the kids gives you so much space. Staff work exceptionally hard and are always on hand to make sure you’re making the most of what there is on offer. We haven’t really gone outside of the hotel (as haven’t needed to) so can’t comment on the local area. Sun beds are in abundance and there has never been an issue getting one. The main pool is great and wasn’t cold (this comes from someone who can take 10+ minutes to get into a pool!!). The kids pool is also good. We travelled with Jet2 and as we were a large family made the choice to arrange a private transfer (through booking.com) as we knew the journey here would take about an hour and a half, would certainly recommend doing this if you are a large party as it was really reasonable and less stressful. Overall would be more than happy to come back.

We are a family of 10 including parents, grandparents and 4 children between the ages of 4 and 12. We have just left the Kirman Arycanda Premium after a lovely holiday. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and welcoming - as a family of 4 we chose a 2 bedroom family room and the layout was great for us. There is always food and drinks available whenever you want it. The cocktails were amazing (not what you normally get in an all inclusive hotel - I would have been happy to pay for them in a fancy bar!) Mehmet who works in the lobby bar in the evenings is lovely, always friendly and made wonderful cocktails! The staff in the restaurants were also great - Orhan helped us to sit together (not easy to accommodate as a group of 10!) And his brother Ugurcan couldn't have been more friendly or helpful too. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are sad to be heading home. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday special.
