We originally left a review during our stay reflecting our honest experience at this hotel. After doing so, management repeatedly contacted us over multiple days with early morning phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and notes left under our room door asking to meet regarding the review. I feel it was all in order for us to delete. While we appreciated the complimentary late checkout offered by the hotel, we ultimately felt pressured into removing the review after a receptionist we had spoken to throughout the holiday personally asked us to do so as a favour and as we liked him a lot and thought he was great. On reflection, we feel future guests deserve an honest account of our experience. This is not a 4-star hotel and nowhere near the standard it advertises itself to be. The food was one of the biggest disappointments. Choices were repetitive every day and much of it lacked flavour or was poorly prepared. We are not picky eaters, yet ended up eating chips most days because there was so little we enjoyed. Some daytime snacks such as the waffles, wraps and pide were nice, but overall the food quality was poor. English guests should also be aware that the hotel mainly caters towards Eastern European and Russian guests in both food and entertainment, and many staff speak very limited English. Entertainment was also disappointing, and there is very little around the hotel besides fake designer shops unless you are prepared to pay for taxis regularly. Service throughout the hotel was inconsistent and often poor. While the cleaning staff were lovely, many other staff members seemed uninterested in helping guests. Tables regularly lacked cutlery, staff cleared plates while we were still eating simply because we got up for drinks, and basic requests often for example at the beach bar we ordered one Pepsi and one Pepsi Zero. We watched a younger staff member being trained tell an older member of staff that the machine had indicated which was which, only to then be told to give us two normal Pepsis anyway. They laughed and handed them to us saying “one zero, one normal”, despite both drinks being full sugar from the same tap.Completely unacceptable. We also experienced bar staff refusing to make cocktails and telling us to go elsewhere, despite us having ordered the exact same drinks from that bar earlier in the day. The grounds are fairly pretty, but the hotel itself feels dated and poorly maintained. Our room looked scruffy with rushed cosmetic repairs and paint marks throughout. There was a constant smell of paint during our stay, and the air conditioning did not work properly. Although this did not affect us too badly due to the weather and we therefore did not raise it during our stay, it is still something that should simply work in a hotel of this standard. The beds and pillows were also some of the most uncomfortable we have experienced in a hotel. The experience was disappointing overall. This hotel feels tired, poorly managed, and far below the standard suggested by its rating.

Very good service, specially with children.

I was there with three friends, and we met some great people. The hotel is mostly filled with guests from Russia, who can sometimes be loud and disruptive - especially in the evenings. However, this doesn’t prevent you from enjoying all the hotel’s amenities. In the evenings, they put on really cool shows - sometimes dance performances, sometimes musical acts. The bartenders, waiters, and the entire staff are truly great - especially Mustafa, the bartender at the beach bar - he puts on a great show while mixing drinks. The rooms are a bit worn, but they’re sufficient for sleeping and taking a shower-there’s plenty to do outside the room, so for this price, you can turn a blind eye. Overall, if you want to go and hang out by the pool with a drink during the day, and even dance at the club in the evening, I can confidently recommend this hotel. We arrived during the night and was given an upstairs room but my husband has difficulty with stairs so went to reception and without any problems they moved us to another room that was lovely clean and very spacious. Guest relations what can I say each and everyone of them especially chimge were absolutely amazing sent us champagne and fruit and breakfast in bed and were so friendly Hotel is lovely with beautiful scenery they have lots to do with entertainment all day to suit everyone or you can just relax . We enjoyed the food with a great variety on display waiters and waitresses were very nice and friendly also the bellboys are always on hand to help . We love this hotel and this was our 3 rd time at this hotel and are glad that asteria family have taken over 💯 improvement from the euphoria palm beach Location is great as in a small town of kizilagac with a dolmus bus stop right at main gate to go to manavgat 15 mins away . Over all this hotel is great value for money would definitely be back at ran of the season
