Balmy Foresta

🌴 Perfect Holiday ! Our stay at Balmy Foresta was truly amazing. The hotel is spotless, the food is delicious and plentiful, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The animation team especially deserves a big compliment — their energy never runs out, and they manage to entertain guests of all ages throughout the day. The activities are fun and engaging, and the evening shows feel like professional performances.Both kids and adults had a great time; the team’s sincerity and positive energy made our holiday unforgettable. With the hotel’s beautiful nature, relaxing atmosphere, and the fantastic animation crew, it was the perfect mix of peace and entertainment. We will definitely come back again! 👏

We came with our family. When we entered the hotel, you could feel that the building was a little old. The nature was beautiful. In the morning, the sea was very calm and nice. It was quite humid, but the food was okay.

We had a really nice and relaxing stay. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the whole area is very peaceful. We especially liked the quiet atmosphere and the soft animation – enough entertainment during the day, but never too much. Our room was comfortable and clean, and it was nice to come back to a quiet room after spending time outside. The hotel in general was well maintained and clean. For us, the hotel offers good value, especially if you are looking for a relaxing holiday rather than a busy resort atmosphere. We really enjoyed the nature, the silence and the relaxed feeling of the place. We had a good holiday and would be happy to come back.

This is our 3rd time at this hotel since 2019, but this time we were DISAPPOINTED ! The hotel's name and management have changed, and with them the quality of service. Now, rooms are cleaned sloppily and incompletely, leaving trash behind. One day, cleaning WAS NOT DONE at all. As an apology, they suddenly brought us bathroom amenities, which at five-star hotels of this level are provided daily in full. This year, at this hotel, they don't bring anything except shower bottles, nothing else. And when they did bring other stuff as cotton pads and toothbrush, it was only one (there are four of us in the room). Robes and slippers are also no longer provided by default, and requests for them are forgotten by the reception staff. But the biggest disappointment was the LOSS OF THE BRACELET, which was left in the bathroom among personal belongings. We know for sure that it was left in one exact spot right before cleaning. By lunchtime, it was gone. Guest Relations joined the search, but it was in vain... We shared our frustration with other hotel staff, and they said it was definitely theft and they would definitely never find the bracelet. We will definitely NOT RETURN to this hotel ever again. The level of service here is no longer high. The managers' smiles don't help solve real problems.

A nightmare disguised as a 5 star hotel! Do not be fooled by the glossy photos like we were because Balmy Foresta is an absolute scam and a complete waste of money. The hotel is totally run down, outdated, and filthy. Dirt and dust are everywhere in the lobby, elevators, corridors and even the main buffet. If someone leaves trash in the hallway nobody cleans it for 3 days! When we checked in the room smelled like heavy mold and dampness, the shower had mold and a disgusting sewer smell, and the bed sheets were dirty right away. During our 10 day stay the power completely cut out 5 times and the air conditioner kept breaking down for 2 to 3 hours at a time leaving the room insanely hot and humid. Their ultra all inclusive is a joke, only one choice of beer which is Tuborg and a few basic cheap cocktails. The kids milkshake is just artificial red syrup from a bottle poured into milk with ice. The buffet is super monotonous and low quality, mostly pre-cooked tasteless stews or recycled leftovers from previous days. Three days in a row an hour before breakfast ended they didn't even have basic ingredients for fried eggs! The ala carte restaurants are no better, everything is super greasy and full of cheap bread just to fill your stomach up, and the fruit selection is the cheapest non-ripe stuff. To make matters worse on day 5 both of us adults got severe food poisoning with horrible stomach pain and diarrhea, we lost two full days of our vacation lying in bed and we ate exclusively at the hotel so it was 100 percent their food! Thank God our kid was fine. The only positive things are the beautiful nature, location, and hardworking staff who try their best, but they can't save this mess. This was the worst travel experience of our lives, they literally cut corners on everything and this place does not even deserve 3 stars!
