The hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating. The staff are what really set this hotel apart. The food is amazing, with so much choice that even during our two-week stay we never felt the need to eat out. The kids’ buffet is perfect—set at a great height so children can help themselves. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there are two à la carte restaurants, both offering excellent menus. There’s also an à la carte restaurant on the beach, which ended up being my favourite—you really can’t beat dining with that view. The rooms are lovely, and the layout of the one-bedroom suite was perfect for us as a family of five (one 4-year-old and twin 1-year-olds). It was really comfortable, and the list of baby items you can have delivered to the room means you only need to bring nappies and wipes (these are quite expensive to buy on site). The drinks menu is definitely not lacking—if you can think of it, they’ll make it. The kids’ club is lovely and the staff are amazing. Our children were too young to stay on their own, but they still made a special fuss over our babies, which meant a lot to us. A special thank you to Pinar in the buffet restaurant, who always looked after us—even when we weren’t sitting in her section. She truly went above and beyond, and the children absolutely loved her. We’ve already booked to come back, which says a lot as we don’t usually return to the same place twice. This hotel is a cut above—big enough to offer everything you need, yet small enough to still feel intimate.

We had our second visit to this hotel as we liked it so much last year we booked again and it was just as good this time, we had a room overlooking the slides with amazing sunset views each evening. The cocktails and drinks were great especially the pornstar martinis. We ate at both Olea and Fely restaurants which we loved, the food and service were amazing, our wine glasses were topped up regularly! The entertainment staff were always friendly but we thought last year’s entertainment was slightly better than this year as it had more varied acts. We were very well looked after in the main restaurant by all the staff who couldn’t do enough for us and knew what drinks we wanted each day. The Halloween night decorations were really good and the themed food at the restaurant. Overall we would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a clean, modern and a true 5 star hotel experience.

would highly recomend this hotel lovely large comfortable room food was very good too even the late night snake bar. pool was warm enough for me but my partner thought it a bill cool and we were blesed with some lovely weather too. the staff make this hotel always smiling and happy to assist if needed. entertainment was very good too. will be returning soon.

We have just returned from our holiday with friends. Absolute fabulous hotel. Fantastic quality food & drink selection. Very spacious & modern room. Big shout out to Zeti Can, barman at the pool bar, very friendly and helpful. Good entertainment, the best was the Spice Band. Girl was a fabulous singer. Definitely a great hotel
