Barut Hemera

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 20 years and we just love,love love it. It's got everything that you could want or need...and if you don't find what you want the staff go out of their way to accommodate you! Everything is so clean. We have even booked for next year already. I particularly liked the patisserie, especially the honey bear latte 😋, There's a nespresso coffee machine in the room and the staff at the coffee shop were happy to provide us with fresh milk for the coffee in morning!

We had a fantastic family holiday at Barut Hemera and would definitely recommend it. The hotel was extremely clean throughout, the facilities were excellent, and the food was consistently very good with plenty of choice for everyone. What really stood out was the staff — every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, and worked incredibly hard to make sure guests had a great experience. The kids club was brilliant and kept the children entertained with lots of activities, which made the holiday even more relaxing for us as parents. The pools, beach area, and overall atmosphere around the hotel were excellent and everything felt very well organised. The only small area that could probably do with some attention is the crazy golf area, which looked a little dated compared to the rest of the resort. Apart from that, we honestly couldn’t fault the hotel. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and somewhere we would happily return to in the future.

This hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, elegant, and perfectly organized. The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and attentive to every detail, making us feel truly special throughout our stay. The location is perfect — close to everything you may need, yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. It was the ideal place to truly relax and enjoy the atmosphere without any noise or crowds. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and designed with amazing taste. Every area of the hotel had a unique atmosphere that made the experience unforgettable. The food was outstanding, the service impeccable, and the overall standard exceeded all expectations. The price is absolutely fair for the quality and level of service offered by the hotel. Every detail reflects high standards, making the stay truly worth it. This is not just a hotel — it is a truly unique place that creates unforgettable memories. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Highly recommended!

We stayed here from the 16 April to the 30 April. I can honestly say that from the time we checked in, which was swift, to being taken to our room by the concierge, who was very informative to the time we left, we had the most wonderful and fantastic time. The whole of the staff, I felt were like family and were friendly, polite and attentive, we were treated so well, we felt relaxed straight away. ROOM Standard room, which I was a little disappointed with as it had no dressing table or mirror, so I found it very difficult drying my long hair, however the bed was comfy and the air conditioning was super for me. We would upgrade next time to a deluxe room with garden view. We used all the products in the bathroom, I did bring shampoo, but I used the one supplied and I can say that it is not watered down at all. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding when needed, thank you to the house keeping team, you did a wonderful job. Tea, espresso machine and mini bar were replenished every day and water left also. STAFF Well what a fantastic team you have Barut Hemera, every single staff member is a credit to the company. We wanted to mention Mustafa who worked the beach area and restaurant in the evening, there were other staff who worked with him who I should have wrote there names down, my memory fails me these days to thank them very much and let them know they treated us with dignity and care and for that we thank you from our hearts. How they remember your drinks, is beyond me. I would like to thank Jonah and the other staff at the adult pool for his and there attentive service, you are super. Osga and all the other staff in the Lobby bar for keeping us all hydrated, thank you. The staff also at the beach and the beach team who kept the area pristine. The staff in every area are splendid and make you feel at home and nothing is to much trouble at all. The staff at the large pool bar work so hard too! We enjoyed sitting and chatting here and in all the areas. RESTAURANTS and Al A CARTE We thought the food was very varied, tasty and cooked to perfection from breakfast through to evening dinner, we always found something that we liked and we were there 2 weeks. We went to the Olive, Sandal and Akdeniz al a cartes and enjoyed all of them and would recommend them, thank you to all the staff in them all, the food was excellent, I don't eat pizza but the ones we had were delicious. The drinks are not watered down either, and we found the cocktails delicious and my so strong. Overall we had the best 2 weeks and we will return in 2028, it's a celebration for me I will be retiring. We made lots of memories and we see the staff as friends. Nothing is to much trouble and they appreciated our trying to learn some Turkish. Thank you to the manager we were speaking too, for the flowers in our room. I don't know why some guests moan, speak with guest relations, they are there to support. As far as we are concerned the Barut Hemera is spectacular and our go to place.
