The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the exceptional standards of cleanliness throughout the property are truly impressive. From the immaculate rooms to the spotless public areas, every detail reflects the pride and care that the team takes in maintaining such a wonderful environment. The grounds are stunning and meticulously maintained, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The beach is equally impressive, always clean, well-kept, and a pleasure to spend time on. It is clear that a great deal of effort goes into ensuring that every aspect of the hotel remains in perfect condition. The food at Barut Hemera is absolutely delicious, with an incredible variety available every evening that ensures there is something to suit every taste. The quality, freshness, and presentation of the dishes are consistently impressive, making dining one of the highlights of the stay. The Italian à la carte restaurant is a particularly memorable experience, offering outstanding cuisine and excellent service in a wonderful setting. I would highly recommend booking a table there during your stay, as it is not to be missed. What makes our stay truly memorable, however, is the outstanding service we receive from every member of staff. Everyone is warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. The level of hospitality at Barut Hemera consistently exceeds our expectations and is a major reason why we continue to return.

Amazing holiday. Staff and grounds amazing- these were stand outs for us as a family Gardeners managers and staff constantly working and walking around inspecting the grounds So much space in the hotel makes it such a relaxing holiday. We constantly took beds on the grass near sofra. We would walk to lunch to staff remembering our drinks, lovely touch We took the time to chat to them and get to know them. 3 stand outs for us, Ferdi tends to work at beach bar, Melhi and Umut Can Lovely staff who are a credit to Barut Hemera. Very professional and friendly. We have just come back from a 2 week stay. We arrived after a late flight and were quickly checked in and taken to our wonderful room. The whole experience has been excellent. The food was fabulous and the staff so friendly and efficient. The hotel is maintained to a high standard and we have booked to go back next year. All the waiters were so attentive but special mention should go to Turgot who gave excellent service and made our trip memorable.

It appears that the hotel and travel agency do not communicate very well with regards th the type of rooms you book. The hotel blames easyJet. However, also how can my room key stop working after 7 days? I received an excuse it's the magnetic strip than I don't know. I feel they checked us out although we are staying longer than rest of our family!!! Getting decent Vegetarian hot meals is a challenge.

We cannot praise the Barut Hemera hotel enough. It exceeded all our expectations. We were a family of 7 - three generations, and the hotel catered for all ages. There were adult only areas - a quiet 16+ pool away from the main pools and a 16+ area in the main buffet/dining area. There were also areas for the little ones - a cute little dining area off the main buffet with small tables and chairs, plus a kiddies pool and shaded playground area to name but a few. The grounds were beautiful, everywhere was immaculate, both indoors and out. Every member of staff that we met was friendly and helpful. The private beach was clean, with comfortable cushioned sunbeds, well spaced out. We never felt it was crowded or noisy anywhere as there were so many areas to choose from, including the lush grass area. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside the patisserie with an excellent cup of coffee of a morning. Our three rooms, all in different blocks, were spacious and modern and, again, very clean and well maintained.
