Love it all All the the restaurant, the beach, the food, all of it it was great

Beautiful Resort embedded in green spaces and sandy beach front, ideal for family and kids. Rooms are good and landscape is nice. However their food buffet is very bad, especially the cooked main course, the appetizers and especially the dessert. Very repetitive dessert with only Turkish cuisine and very bad copies of international cuisine. Even they planned for Italian or Japanese or other cuisine night it was so bad 👎 buffet. The night for sea food was so smelly fish and we a very bad experience concerning 7 days all inclusive food. A nice resort like Belconti must re-arrange their food and beverage experience.

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay. While there were some positives, they were outweighed by a number of issues that affected our holiday. From the beginning, our experience wasn't great. On the day of arrival, we were left standing around near used tables while waiting to eat, which wasn't a welcoming start. Throughout our stay, there was a lot of noise, with both children and adults running up and down the hallways, often early in the morning, waking us up. There was also significant noise coming through the room door, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. The food was below the standard we expected. The grilled chicken dishes were consistently dry, and after eating the lamb dish on Wednesday, both my wife and I suffered from upset stomachs. There were also some maintenance and safety concerns. My wife tripped over raised flooring in the children's area, and the shower temperature fluctuated dramatically in the mornings, making it uncomfortable to use. The baby room was particularly disappointing and in need of refurbishment. The playhouses were being held together with cable ties, giving the impression they were poorly maintained, and we even found a piece of glass inside one of them without specifically looking for faults, which raised serious concerns about safety. That said, there were some positives. The housekeeping team and the children's entertainment staff were excellent, friendly, and hardworking throughout our stay. We also thought the well-shaded baby pool area was fantastic and ideal for helping younger children become comfortable playing in the water. Unfortunately, despite these positives, the number of issues we encountered meant our overall experience fell well below our expectations, and we left feeling disappointed.
