Belconti Resort Hotel

I don't really do reviews unless im asked to BUT I feel like I have to write these stuff. The hotel overall is good although there is room for improvement when it comes to food. But cleaning and other stuff are great. Most of the working staff are just trying to do their job and they're mostly young people. There is someone I want to mention specifically and it is who I think is the guest relations manager?? The Turkish woman with brunette hair. I couldn't believe how rude this woman was. What I've witnessed was not how you should behave the staff around you. I guess they are making anyone a manager these days. Lady, if you are tired of your work, go take a vacation or something. From what I see when it comes to the hotels around antalya is usually they put ANYONE in a position 🤦. I can only say sad, and to the people who are just trying to coexist and manage their work, you will encounter people like this woman a lot, but please keep up the great work guys 👍

Great hotel ! everyting was amazing. Me and my friends had so much fun 🥳 Foods were delicious

Overall was good. Only thing we didnt like were beds other things were average foods, animation, service etc. I would strongly recommend for families whit children for them will be fun.

We are so thankful for the mini club and the staff there. Berna was very welcoming and helpful. She took a great care of our daughter and patiently led her through all the activities. We appreciate that everyone speaks English and it wasn't a trouble to communicate.

The mini club was super duper! Cansel is very friendly and all the other staff. They are very inviting to all activities and we felt welcome.
