Hotel very very good Food was excellent And the boat ride was amazing 😘😘😘😘😘😘

Don’t normally write reviews but wanted to as was worried beforehand after reading some reviews, and we had an excellent time! Family of 4, kids age 10 and 6. Had a family comfort room. Very clean and well equipped. We requested a quiet room and it was very quiet. Little balcony. View just of nearby trees but that was nice. We did see some rooms with views onto car park or walkway though, so if view is important, best to request that. Pools were great! We all loved the slides, splash park, activity pool. Getting sunbeds around the activity pool between 11am - 2pm was tricky, but if you get there early or mid afternoon it was fine. Plenty of loungers free anytime at other pools / beach. Beach lovely. It is stony getting in the sea but the sea was so warm. Entertainment was the best we’ve ever seen in a hotel. As well as the usual kids mini disco we had a samurai show, boho night, beer festival amongst others. The hotel really goes to town to make these fun for the whole family. Putting on lots of bouncy castles for the kids when entertainment for adults was on. We didn’t use kids club as ours just wanted to be in the pool / splash park, but looked like they had lots on. Food was better than we expected. Our kids are quite fussy but there was still plenty for them, and we were able to try something different every night. We didn’t bother with à la carte as didn’t feel we needed it. Being able to eat at the burger and pizza / gozleme places for lunch too helped mix things up. There was lots of extras like fresh fruit smoothies and welcome drinks with entertainment. Cocktails lovely too. Hotel and grounds were kept immaculate the entire time. For a big resort it never felt too busy. Lots of places to have fun and also relax. I visited Elite pool once on my own just to try it out. It was a lovely pool area. Luxury loungers, infinity pool etc. I can imagine as a larger family group it being nice for adults to come to, but it did seem a bit odd it was so far back away from the sea. I think if coming without kids there would a pool as nice closer to the sea or surrounded by greenery. The Elite pool still did feel quite exposed to car park and nearby streets. We didn’t feel the need to do lots of excursions but did a 3hr boat trip and parasailing from the beach - would recommend both. Staff were all lovely, friendly, helpful. I’d read some reviews saying not a 5 star. I’d agree it’s not top of the range 5 star, but neither is the price tag. I’d say it’s a 4 star that goes over and above to treat guests like they’re in a 5 star. Would definitely recommend for families with kids.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The grounds and pools were beautiful and well mantainted. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so helpful and friendly. I am concerned about the activity pool bar staff as when there is an activity in the pool going on the speakers which are located just above the bar are unbearablly loud. I couldn't stand to even order a drink and went to a different bar with ringing ears! The activity pool water was so warm as well which was great. The food in the buffet was mostly delicious, it had a vast range also. My compliments to the hard working omlett chef everyday as he made the very best omelettes I've ever had at a hotel! I have a daughter with a peanut allergy and found the labelling terrible for the desserts. I was really thankful that nuts were not handed out at the bar, in fact this was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel as this made it much safer for my daughter. When I asked the lady who was clearing the desserts away she glared at me and didn't try to help. She was the only staff member who was less than helpful. I loved the Elite side and would definitely book here next time. The hotel is really well organised and clean. I also really enjoyed the indoor pool one day, it was great to have this option as well. The entertaient was pretty good I thought, we were wowed by the circus, that was an amazing show one not to be missed! I would definitely come back here. The showers need a smaller shower head as they are too weak! I would highly recommend this hotel it's superb!

Schön hotel i am happy very good very nice service

Just returned from this wonderful hotel, my family and I had a great time. We want to thank everyone who works there, we found them to be extremely friendly and helpful. I would like to make a special mention of Amnet and Murat at The Bistro who truly made our holiday one to remember, I hope the management appreciates the impact these two had on us as guests. We would also like to mention Abdullah the mixologist and the lady who brings the drinks in the morning at the Elite pool (sorry didn’t get her name, again both were brilliant for us). We enjoyed the elite pool, the water slides, the beach and pier which gave a lovely variety to our day. We did the waterfall trip which was a brilliant morning if anyone is considering it, you won’t be disappointed. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and sheets changed as often as you wanted. If you’ve got older children the Elite side is wonderful but with two older teenagers we used both sides and enjoyed them both.
