Club Big Blue Suite Hotel

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at this hotel! A special thank you to Papel, who was absolutely fantastic – definitely a 10/10! He kept the entertainment going all day, always full of energy, friendly, and creating such a fun atmosphere. He made everyone feel welcome and brought such a great vibe to the hotel. The hotel is very family-friendly, especially for children. The entertainment team did an excellent job, and our kids had an amazing time. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Thank you very much, Club Big Blue Suite Hotel management and customer relations team! Original review: 0 customer relations from the hotel. I explain my frustration below. 1. There are levels to their “all inclusive”, which is alright. But apparently not all “all inclusive” includes sunbeds at their own beach which they’re advertising heavily. So, 2 sunbeds with sun umbrella will cost you €9. And doesn’t matter if you’ve come for a day or for 30 minutes. We’ve come at 5 pm, 80% of the sunbeds were empty, and we still were asked to pay full price. 2. There are rooms without windows. I thought these were forbidden by Geneva convention as inhumane. In 30+ degrees C heat and humidity. On seacoast. In such conditions it was impossible to dry wet clothes. 3. Stuff was friendly, and it’s not their mistake. but the hotel management who tries to squeeze every cent out of you is quite frustrating when you’ve paid decent amount of money and hoped for smooth experience on your vacation. 4. Location was good. 5. Food was decent.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised, as it did not fully match the photos shown on the booking website. However, by the end of my stay, I was very glad that I had chosen to book there. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. They were always friendly, easy to talk to, and happy to answer any questions about the area, locations, and activities, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. the hotel is 6 min walk to the beach and near to diving activity. The entertainment team was excellent. Osman, Papel, and Hava created a lively and engaging atmosphere throughout the stay. The daytime programs, such as dancing, pool activities, and sports, were fun and inclusive, encouraging everyone to join in. In the evenings, there were a variety of performances and events, including live music, Tanoura shows, Turkish nights with belly dancing, and other cultural performances. These experiences made the stay feel rich and memorable, offering a great opportunity to connect with the local culture and enjoy shared moments with others. Overall, the trip became much more than just accommodation, it was an opportunity to experience culture, meet people, and create memories.
