Amazing place nice eating kavas nice person

I had a really great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The atmosphere was very calm and peaceful, which made it perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. I truly appreciated how kind and professional everyone was. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Good morning, I don't often write negative reviews, but I have to in this case. I got very seriously sick, and my partner did. Two days later, we only ate at the hotel. The rooms look like the pictures, but they weren't clean. The toilet was yellow and the taps were covered in stone. Even the mirror in the room wasn't wiped clean when we arrived. The service was very nice, that's the only positive. We took trips to Cappadocia, but we ended up not going anywhere. We were on antibiotics, lying in our room for two days, and then on a lounger, drinking only water and eating crackers.
