Club Big Blue Suite Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Big Blue Suite Club! The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was great, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and the team made us feel truly welcome. It’s a lovely place to relax, enjoy your holiday, and create unforgettable memories. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant holiday. We would love to come back again! ❤️

Fantastic hotel everything you could want in a hotel. We arrived early hours of the morning after a long journey we were greated by a man who gaves us something to eat before taking our cases to the room. The food was fantastic plenty of choice and staff were so friendly. The rooms were spotless the entire place was spotless. There was drinks available all day, there was also a spa, hairdresser, beauty salon, a tattooist and someone who drives you to the market. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely and clean staff very friendly

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to thank the entire team for their professionalism, hospitality and hard work. ❤️ What I loved 🍽️ Food The food was absolutely delicious. There was such a great variety that you definitely won’t leave the restaurant hungry — quite the opposite, you will probably leave completely full because everything was so tasty! I especially loved that there was a separate food area for children, where they could come and choose their own food. It was such a nice and thoughtful detail. And the ice cream was amazing! There were different kinds of ice cream, and it was genuinely delicious. I think the children especially loved it. 🧸 Reception & children I also really liked the reception and the attention to detail there. I thought it was incredibly cute that there was a special children’s check-in area, with a little step where children could stand and check in themselves. It was such a small but lovely idea, and it made the experience feel special and welcoming for children. 🧹 Cleanliness & service The cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. The rooms were cleaned well, the common areas were tidy, and overall the hotel felt clean and well maintained. The service was friendly and attentive, and I really appreciated the work of the staff. 💆‍♀️ SPA team A special thank you to Kenan and Murat from the SPA for their kindness, professionalism and excellent service. Thank you both for making my SPA experience so pleasant and relaxing. I would also like to thank Piran, Ynan, Suleiman and Ali for their hard work, kindness and professional attitude. ⭐ Special mention: Ynan I would especially like to mention Ynan. I was genuinely impressed by how organised he was and by the way he coordinated and managed the work. It was clear that he knew exactly what needed to be done and how to organise the team efficiently. I really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail and the way he kept everything running smoothly. This kind of organisation makes a big difference to the overall experience of guests. ⸻ ⚠️ What could be improved 🚿 Shower cabins The shower cabins are quite low. I am 182 cm tall, and unfortunately I kept hitting my head while taking a shower. I think taller guests may have the same problem, so it would be worth looking into whether this could be improved. 🚨 Personal boundaries I would also like to mention one specific situation concerning Ahmet Nalcin (or Yalcin — I am not completely sure of the spelling of his surname). I believe he should receive additional training regarding professional boundaries when interacting with female guests. Friendly jokes and communication are absolutely welcome when they are respectful and appropriate, but touching a guest without her permission is not acceptable. I would therefore strongly recommend reminding staff that personal space must always be respected and that hands should be kept to themselves unless physical contact is clearly invited by the guest. ⸻ Apart from this particular situation, I had a very positive experience with the hotel and truly appreciated the professionalism of the rest of the team. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my holiday enjoyable. I will remember the hotel for its delicious food, cleanliness, good service and, most importantly, the wonderful people who work there.
