Club Big Blue Suite Hotel

Hotel is spotless and staff are generally lovely but thats as good as it gets. This is not a budget holiday, we paid €5500 for 4 people including flights so wasnt cheap. Everything is extra, even WiFi is €2 per person per day. Food was hit n miss and had long breaks between services, no food at all available at these times or after dinner at 9. A la carte restaurant is closed down but we believe it wasn't included in the all inclusive package in anyway either are cocktails, just basics. The hotel beach is lovely and gorgeous foid available but all is extra even the sun loungers. Entertainment was very weak and generally lasted from 8.45 until 10 nightly, even the bingo was extra. Only 2 tiny lifts so awful for buggies. Website is extremely misleading. Could not recommend as we paid for taxis to the town most days and ate out alot. Dissapointing

Have just come back from a week stay and felt emotional leaving! Staff here are absolutely fantastic with making everyone’s experience so enjoyable. They are friendly and get to know each family, and we’re particularly kind and interactive with our 2 year old son. The evening entertainment was fantastic, reception staff were so helpful, pools clean and food was great. All inclusive drinks were standard but that is to be expected. I would like to thank the hotel also for responding so quickly to our child’s sickness and sorting this for us at early hours in the morning. The hotel is a short walk away from the beach with sun loungers and beach bars, but unfortunately during our time the waves were dangerous so not suitable for swimming. The hotel is near a shopping complex and supermarket and a short walk to a coffee shop. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend this for a truly enjoyable family holiday.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was fantastic – the rooms, food, atmosphere, and the entire staff made our holiday unforgettable. We also want to thank Aysegül, Kader and Can, for always welcoming us with a smile, kindness, and positive attitude. And of course, a huge thank you to Davut – we could always count on you! The birthday surprise and the champagne were absolutely amazing and made the day truly unforgettable. Thank you to the whole team for creating such wonderful memories. We will definitely come back! Beautiful hotel, lovely food, entertainment is great on an evening for all. It's very clean and friendly staff. Only our 3rd day here but loving it. 😁
