Club Hotel Turan Prince World

I love the hotel, facilitate great but the staff are the stars of the show. Everyone works so hard, they seem to always be working or doing something. Seems like this year there may be not enough staff. Big shout out to Hüseyin who is our favourite waiter Ahmet, vele and Mehmet and the entertainment team. Will we come back… 100%

Very good and fun hotel but short staffed at the moment so they are constantly running around

DO NOT NOT COME HERE. Currently at this hotel. It’s red hot and they have refused to turn aircon on it the room. It’s unbearable. They fob you off constantly. I didn’t release a hotel could refuse aircon rooms. It didn’t cross my mind I would need to check this. What a joke. This has ruined the holiday for us. Tiny room and no aircon for family! Not to mention the beds! Awful.

This hotel is 3* max. The rooms are awful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom duplex with 2 single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed. However they have now removed all the beds and you are left sleeping on an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed. If you plan to come before June don’t expect lovely air condition rooms as they don’t apparently turn it on until then, let’s just say we baked. You will waste your time speaking to anyone about this as they literally have no empathy and don’t care. As you can imagine this ruined our holiday as I’m sure it has others. On the positive side of things the food is nice and there is a fair bit to do
